We are located approximately 45 minutes from Honolulu International Airport on the North East coast of Oahu; where the Ko’olau Mountains touch the Pacific Ocean.

The Ko’olani Lani is our 4 bedroom/2 bathroom two-story beach front home with unparalleled views of Hauula Bay and the Ko’olau Mountains. Enjoy the amazing 400 square foot private lanai with wrap around views. This home is perfect for accommodating large families, groups, multi-generational families, or families traveling together. This beach house is divided into two distinct 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom areas connected by an interior stairwell.
The downstairs portion is a spacious (1200+ sf living area) air-conditioned (via mini-split) area with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It features a recently remodeled kitchen (2007) with granite countertops, full-size stove/range, dishwasher, built-in microwave, side by side fridge, and all the cooking utensils you’ll need to prepare complete home-cooked meals. The kitchen opens to the living area with a convenient breakfast bar/nook. The living area is richly decorated with warm tropical & plantation style furniture and enjoys wrap-around breath-taking ocean views. There are two queen size sleeper sofas in the living room in addition to a dining area with mahogany dinner table & seating for four - you'll love the hand carved pineapple dining chairs.
The master suite has wrap-around ocean & mountain views and is furnished with elegant and tropical teak furniture with a pillow top queen size bed. The second bedroom also has a pillow top queen size bed and heavy teak and tropical furniture for an elegant feel.
The upstairs portion is a very large centrally air-conditioned (by mini-split) area (1200+ sf living area) also with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom that enjoys dramatic views of the entire Hauula Bay & Ko’olau Mountains from its expansive (400+ sf) private oceanfront lanai 'balcony.' The living area is richly decorated with warm tropical & plantation style furniture and enjoys wrap-around breath-taking ocean views. There is a queen size futon, two recliners, and a plantation chair in the living room which is adjacent to the Kitchen & dining area featuring a teak dining table & seating for four. The upstairs also has a completely remodeled kitchen and bath (2007) with granite countertops, stainless steel stove/range, built-in microwave, full size fridge, and all the cooking utensils you need to prepare a complete meal.
The first bedroom has ocean, mountain, & garden views and features a teak & bamboo King size bedroom set. The 2nd bedroom has tranquil garden views and enjoys a queen size extra plush pillow top bed. All areas of the home have ceiling fans and air-conditioning, however they are rarely necessary as this home enjoys wonderful tropical breezes year around. The spacious and airy Ko’olani Lanai is by far our most popular home and the perfect place to relax 'Hawaiian Style.'
Enjoy relaxing on your direct oceanfront outside patio or in chaise lounge chairs on your own private & expansive oceanfront lanai overlooking the Pacific Ocean, Hauula Bay & Koolau Mountains. Your private lanai also has an outdoor dining table with seating for six. There is plenty of area for sunbathing on the beach or on the grassy yard. Relax in beach-side chaise lounge chairs or watch spectacular sunrises while soaking in a hot tub just steps away. Stroll down the beach to the Hauula beach park and coral preserve for some great snorkeling and swimming or take our ocean kayaks out for some adventure. Close by are world famous North Shore attractions such as the Hauula hiking trails & preserve, Polynesian Cultural Center, Turtle Bay Resort & Golf, Brigham Young University, Sunset Beach, Waimea Bay, Kualoa Ranch and the last unspoiled 'Hawaiian' style towns on Oahu.
