CHEAPEST PRICES IN TOWN, recently lowered on purpose. We decided, it makes more sense to minimize vacancy and offer REALLY LOW pricing. Brand new Home built in 2009 with all the modern amenities including 9ft ceilings, ceiling fans in every room, air conditioning in all bedrooms, large windows for lots of natural light, full kitchen everything you have at home including a dishwasher. There is a Full bath on the 1st floor, Full laundry with front load washing machine, Open floor plan for easy entertaining. Large living room with 2 full couches, large arm chair and ottoman, gas fireplace and 42'' HDTV plus a TV in each bedroom.

Upstairs you will find 2 large bedrooms each containing a queen bed and bunk beds, one with a pullout futon and a TV in each room. Large full bath upstairs as well as 1st floor.
About Aaron Katz

We actually physcially built this house ourselves and really put a lot of hard work into making sure that every detail was just right. We built this house for purposes of having a ski and summer house for our family. Because of that, it had to be PERFECT and that is exactly what it is. We think you'll be very comfortable here if you choose to stay.

Nearest Ski : Loon Mountain and Waterville Valley ski resorts at 10 Miles

The house is located in the White Mountain Region, 5 minutes off of Exit #29 Rt 93. The location is a perfect compromise as it is 10 Minutes to Lincoln, NH and Loon Mountain Ski Area and 15 Minutes to Waterville Valley Ski Area

We had a great time staying here. The house has everything needed. It is clean and very well kept. The owner was great and took care of all of our needs.
It's about 20 minutes drive to Loon mountain.

Weekend Getaway

The house is a great getaway house. We were a group of 8, (4 couples) we had a fantastic time. The house has everything you would want for ski house or if you just want to hang around and make some food and enjoy company. The only thing it would need is an I pod adapter for music, which we brought our iHome to play music. The house is close to the mountain about 15 minutes. The closest store is about 10 minutes away so if you plan to arrive past nine make sure you have everything you need because the stores close early and the only issue that we had was that we arrived to no toilet paper or laundry detergent. Other than those two issues it was great. The owner was really nice to deal with, we would defiantly consider staying here again.

Seems that this property is brand new.
Especially I loved fire place.
Stayed here for 2 nights for our ski trip to Loon mountain.
Takes 20~30 min to Loon.
Everything was OK, and enjoyed my stay here.

Cozy Summer Cottage

In a quiet very pretty street, is a lovely brand new two-storage cottage. We stayed there the entire summer, and were very comfortable. My teenage girls enjoyed the TV's and the outside. The kitchen is cute and very functional. We were very comfortable. I definitely will consider returning. The owner's/rental agency was very accommodating.

Thorton rental

The house is the perfect size for two families, plenty of room for everyone , we fit seven very comfortably. The property is like new. Everything you need is there.Ten minute drive to both loon and waterville valley ski area. the kids had a great time, so did the parents.
Will definately go back next year.
