House has gas fireplace, garage (will accommodate full sized Suburban CAREFULLY) , spacious kitchen, all appliances, full sized mixer, stainless grill, washer/dryer and utensils, sheets, plenty of living space and cable TV , flat screen televisions and high speed wireless internet! You just need to show up with your clothes.

Perfect location with easy access to everything and just a couple miles from horse racing and casino. 2 miles from mall, putt putt course and movie theater. 1 mile from movie rental and Wal-mart and 11 restaurants.

Better than Described!

First of all Dwight-Thank you so much. You were so much help and very patient with all our questions! One thing I loved about this place is the "Homey" feel it gave off right away! Family is very important to us!
This house was close to Everything on the water and in town. I do recommend The Porterhouse Steakhouse for a nice dinner out of the house one night! We ordered pizza for the boys that delivered! We spent most of our time on the water and in the evenings on the patio off the main master. That was my Favorite spot in the entire house!! The boys stayed in the living room and had Plenty of room to Veg-out and play their XBox. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. The only thing we had to buy was a $2 extension cord from Walmart!! We come to Lake Hamilton every summer and have never stayed in a cove. We decided that this is where we should always stay! Its very peaceful; we didnt have to worry about the boat getting beat up against the dock! I have so many great things to say about this house and I would stay again and recommend to anyone!

Nice comfortable home

Just got back from a week at this house. It was comfortable, close to downtown Hot Springs and shopping. Walmart and Krogers nearby. We rented a pontoon boat from Hot Springs Marina (you pass it on the way to the house) and we docked it at the house's dock. The house is on a quiet "finger" of the lake, you can wade into the water so for a family with young children it is great. Nice slooping yard with plenty of outdoor porches and patio areas.

Great house and highly recommend

Great Vacation! House was very clean and well maintained. The pics on the web site really don't do it the justice it deserves. The deck spans the back of the house and the private dock and flagstoned sitting area by lake out back are wonderful and where we spent most of our time swimming, grilling and playing. We brought our boat and while you can't launch it there we found a launch just around the corner at the marina. Owners are very quick to respond. Hot Springs also has many fun things to do on days you don't want to hang at the lake. The house is just around the corner from shopping, tourist sites, movies, putt putt and many great restaurants. Our favorite restaurant was Fisherman's Wharf on the water which can be accessed by car or by boat and just across the channel from the lakehouse. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a great, clean, fun place to stay on the lake. In fact we plan to make this a yearly vacation!!

Great layout & comfortable accommodations on Lake Hamilton. We rented boat & really enjoyed Lake Hamilton and some good restaurants on the water. This house is very clean & it was nice to have 2 indoor living areas & 2 outdoor seating areas. Good, clean kitchen & dining area was very functional, too. You won’t be sorry if you rent this place.
