In Portland Oregon Hawthorne / Belmont neighborhood is our late 1800's Simple Victorian Daylight Studio has queen sized bed that sleeps two (2) is located on a tree-lined street right in between Portland's 2 most popular and trendy streets; Hawthorne and Belmont. This studio has easy access from the street, is very open and spacious, colorful and cozy and can easily make your stay in Portland perfect. The concrete counter tops in the kitchen mix modern ingenuity with old world charm. It has a standard tub/shower. Also, for your convenience we have; color TV with basic cable, High Speed Wireless Internet access, DVD player and fully equipped kitchen with microwave. As well, we provide toys, a hi-chair, and a pack-n-play for our smallest guest. It is our most popular property because of its price point.

Our rental is situated in our favorite South East Portland neighborhood, the Hawthorne District. Hawthorne is a popular Portland vacation destination because it is convenient for all forms of public transportation. We are ideal for family reunions, wedding guests/parties, and/or for visiting out of town family and friends. We are child friendly and welcome our smallest guests with pack-n-plays, high-chairs, toys and books.

We are under 3 miles from downtown Portland, the Amtrak & Greyhound Bus stations, easy access to all freeways; I-5, I-84, walking distance to 2 major grocery stores, restaurants, pubs, coffee shops and independent specialty stores. You can easily become car-less in our neighborhood with many bike rentals near by. All properties offer walking access to everything the Belmont/Hawthorne District has to offer.
