This cozy 2 bed/2 bath unit is located on Daly Avenue near the top of Historic Main Street and is the top part of a duplex. Perfect for a couples retreat or small family getaway, this unit has a fully equipped kitchen that is part of the living area which makes this unit live larger. Spacious living area with flat screen tv and built in desk provided for use during your stay. The private patio with bbq grill and hot tub are out the back door by the desk. Private garage has parking for one car and additional space for one car parked in front of the garage.

Both bedrooms have Queen Size beds and are tastefully decorated. The master suite has a full en suite bath. The Second full bathroom is in the hallway. The unit has a/c for the summer months and comes fully furnished and equipped for your stay.

Close to all the action year round including the sundance film festival, this location puts you in the heart of park city's fine dining and shopping district on historic main street. Close to the free bus line and main street trolley to take you all over town and to all 3 ski resorts. This unit is pet friendly with additional deposit required. Pet must be approved ahead of your arrival. Monthly rates available, email me with any questions regarding long term rentals.

Why The Owner chose Old Town

My family and I have been coming to Park City since 1992 and love to ski, hike, fish and all outdoor activities. We love Old Town with it's charm and great restaurants. Walking to dinner, shopping and convenient to skiing is the only way to go!!!

What makes this townhome unique

No more Hotels!!! Unbelievable access to Park City's trail system!!!Nice to have a home to hang you hat!!!

We very much enjoyed the condo. It was very well appointed, and amenities provided made it feel like a second home. Hot tub with the children was a great treat after a day of skiing. We would highly recommend this unit.

We were there for x-mas week. The house is well equiped & very well taken care of. Many little extras were there, so if you forgot to get something essential you would probably find it in the house. Thought the stairs whould be hard esp. winter but they were fine. The snow was shoveled right after about 25" fell. They even shoveled the small deck where the hot tub was. We were w/ our son who will be deployed this summer so it was a great to be able to have a wonderful christmas & ski time w/ him. Would def. come back. Don't need a car, you can walk to town or take the free bus service if you need to go further.

Thanksgiving Getaway

We stayed at the Daly Street property over the Thanksgiving vacation. The owner has spared no expense to make this a pleasant place to stay. Everything was first class. It was a perfect location to restaurants and strolling through town. You would however have to drive to skiing just a short distance. The owner was available when we had a few questions. We would love to stay here again in any season.

GREAT VACATION RENTAL!!

Where do I start?? This condo was unreal! What a wonderful place, me and my brother stayed here for the month of august and it was spectacular, everything you need to have a great get away or a vacation , the place is extremely nice and very clean, it has all the amenities you can think of and it has wonderful beds, It is also very close to historic main street which makes this rental even better! Just a short walk down not even 5 minutes! We had a car but really you can manage without one here as this condo is right in the mix of things, and we could walk down to where the free trolley route is which was also a very short walk. The owner and her daughter made this a very pleasant experience for us and they were extremely friendly people as well, Great people and a great condo for a very, very enjoyable experience, I highly recommend this place for others, Thank you Alicia and thank you Michelle for making our stay the best:) until next time, CHEERS!:)
