Three wonderful months in Munich...

We stayed in this lovely home for exactly 3 months with my 2 small children (1.5 years & 3.5 years) and my wife. The home is well appointed and located halfway between Munich Central and the airport. The home is exactly as the pictures report the rooms to be with a nice layout on 4 floors with underground garage parking with a doorway directly into the homes basement. There is also secured wi-fi in the home which made using our two laptops and iphones a real breeze. There is also a large fenced yard with many toys and distractions for the whole family. It is the largest yard of these townhomes and probably the best unit that were built in 2006.
The property was very clean and well maintained, anytime we had a problem with anything, the owner or their family were very helpful in a timely manner. The owner provided great customer service and I would rent this home again in a heartbeat and highly recommend anyone else to do so as well. The owner even re-installed a child gate at the main floor upon our request and sent us extra DVD's to borrow. They were very fair and reasonable to deal with during the whole process of renting the home, living there, and hand over at the end.
To keep a balanced review I must say that the only things in this listing that aren't accurate, and it is really minor, such as there is no clothes dryer, but a large couple racks are present and even doing laundry for a whole family wasn't an issue. Also housekeeping wasn't offered as an optional service. The only other possible drawback (depending on your view) is the home is located right next to a train track, but the home is soo well insulated and built right that the sound is very negligible and our kids and me too really enjoyed watching the electric trains go by quickly and quietly as a form of entertainment. There were also positives that are not mentioned in the listing such as the high quality windows and security shutters as well as the heated marble floors on the main level and heated tile floors in the master bathroom.
The home has easy access to multiple grocery stores as well as BMW Welt (World) is located on the same street and a good size inside mall is a short drive away.
