Old Town Scottsdale Condo Rental Photos and Description
Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 4)
This 2 bedroom/1 bath unit is newer to the vacation rental market-newer bedding, linens, dishes and many more items! We have stayed in many timeshares and vacation rentals and believe we have created a tastefully furnished condo and that we haven't forgotten a thing! We currently have a 1 BR/1 BA unit in the same complex that we've been renting for the last two years. We have received many great compliments on our accommodations and have had repeat guests!
The master bedroom in this cozy condo has a queen sized bed, large closet and TV; the second bedroom has a trundle bed (two twins), chest of drawer and TV. Other details include: granite kitchen counters, newer appliances, newer cabinetry, newer windows and doors. Flat screen HDTV; wireless internet and cable service. Stack washer and dryer inside unit. Sparkling clean bathroom with designer tiled tub/shower. Plenty of storage space with dressers, closets and cabinets. Patio looks out to huge courtyard and includes a small table and chairs for relaxing.
There is carport parking for one car and plenty of street parking for guests. This is a first floor unit and there is a door into the kitchen directly from the parking spot. We can arrange for you to preview the unit before renting, if that option is available to you. We can also quote discounted pricing on stays longer than one week.
This unit is located in Parc Scottsdale Condominiums just two blocks from Old Town Scottsdale. If you’re new to the Phoenix metro area, this location is perfect for exploring! It’s located one block from Hotel Valley Ho, Trader Vic's, Old Tortilla Factory, two blocks from the Main Street Arts district. Three blocks to Old Town Scottsdale. Only 5 blocks to San Francisco Giants Spring Training stadium and 10 minutes by car to the Oakland Athletics’ stadium plus there are many more Cactus League spring training stadiums within a short driving distance. Walking distance to the Waterfront complex, the huge Scottsdale Fashion Square mall and Harkins Cinemas (within 1 mile). Only 15 minutes by car from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and ASU (downtown Tempe). Centrally located to many golf courses. Great location to stay for BCS Game!

About The Owner
My husband and I love to spend time in Scottsdale. In addition to our daughter living there, we love the many great restaurants and golf courses to choose from. We also have several unfurnished condos in the same complex. We manage our own rental properties (California and Arizona) and really wanted to expand into the vacation rental market. Since we established this one bedroom vacation rental, we have added a 2 bedroom unit in the same location. Both have been very well received and we have had repeat customers!
The Owner purchased this condo in 2003
Why The Owner chose Old Town Scottsdale
Fun stuff to do in and around Scottsdale and the rest of Arizona! This is a centrally located condo that allows many fantastic options. Whether you like arts, sports, dining, or recreation this location allows you to get to those places easily. Whether you walk, take the free trolley or drive - there are countless fun things to do while here!
What makes this condo unique
Parc Scottsdale Condominiums are located in the Downtown Scottsdale so exploring on foot is an excellent way to go. Old Town Scottsdale is a great place for restaurants, art galleries, and shopping. The Valley Ho Hotel, adjacent to the complex to the north, is a good place to start. The renovated Frank Lloyd Wright design features Café ZuZu for lunch, dinner or drinks. It is fun and affordable. Trader Vic’s Restaurant is also on the hotel grounds. They currently have great happy hour prices! Continue up Main Street and discover art galleries galore. There are many small restaurants and cafés for your appetite. You should treat yourself to dessert at The Sugar Bowl on Scottsdale Road and 1st Street, an old fashion ice cream parlor. Local interests include Frank Lloyd Wright's Taliesin West home open for tours, Spring Training games, FBR Open - held annually in February, Indian Cultural events, Scottsdale Fine Arts Festival (the best!), ASU Events, Fiesta Bowl, and many more facets to explore. There's hiking, golf, bicycling and the Desert Botanical Gardens all within a short drive.
