Newly constructed 3200+ square foot 5 Bedroom, 4 Bath, fully furnished custom home located in exclusive community with VIEWS OF THE MOUNTAIN PEAKS. 2 master suites with king beds (one on ground floor and one on second floor for maximum privacy), 1 queen bedroom, 1 Den/Media/Bedroom with a queen Tempurpedic Bed, 1 room with 4 bunk beds. (We have young children and our youngest used to sleep in a pack-n-play (2 available) in one of the Master Suites walk-in closets) Granite counter tops, huge deck, 1.1 acre lot, oversize garage, circular drive, BBQ, fireplace, 3 miles to Snowbowl Ski Area, Cable TV, Wi Fi/Internet, XM radio, Blu Ray DVD player, 4 Plasma TVs, 3 miles to Flagstaff Medical Center Hospital. House also has a children's playhouse and childrens tire swing. Too many other amenities to list. House was completed in June of 2009 and has barely been used. Rates range from $390 per night to $490 per night, (THREE) 3 night minimum winter, (FIVE) 5 night minimum summer and holidays, discounts for longer stays. $195 cleaning fee. Perfect for Short or Long Term Rental. Located just 3 miles from Snowbowl Ski Area and 4 miles north of charming historic Downtown Flagstaff and 75 miles from Grand Canyon. About Ken Gatt

My family and I have been coming to Flagstaff for decades. Living in Phoenix AZ since 1971, getting up to Flagstaff to beat the heat or have a ski/mountain retreat have created some of our best memories. We are avid outdoor enthusiasts and enjoy the easy access to hiking and biking (both road and mountain) trails. I am 46 and wife is 40 (25 in my eyes), we have daughters that are 5 and 7 years old.

Wonderful Graduation Week

This stay surpassed any expectation we had. Not only was the house perfect for our family but the owner answered every question before we even could ask and made the stay so hospitable. In-laws, Aunts & Uncle, Mom, Dad and Brother comfortably stayed to enjoy our weekend for our daughter's NAU graduation. Plenty of room for each to haved privacy and enjoy the stay. We would love to plan another stay either for skiing or mountain biking, stellar location. Thank you to the Gatts.

Wonderful place for family vacations

When we started palnning our Christmas vacations, we looked for an unike home to rent.
Throw VRBO page we found this place, we could never choose better, great design and location, unique amenities, even children books and toys, all our family found reasons for enjoying.
We went to North Polar Experince and exactly, that was what an experience for our childrens, We went skiing to Snow Ball.
The house is beautiful, clean, cousy and unique.
The comunication with the owner and his orientation, great.
W e do recomend this place for thouse looking for such a lovely place, we are planning to be back there soon.

Very Comfortable Home!

We had such a great time staying in this home and going to the Polar Express! We had 4 adults and 2 children and so much extra room we should have invited 2 more families with us. The house was beautifiul and has everything you could think of to make your stay comfortable. The owner did a great job of outlining all of the details you may need to know about the property. The Polar Express was an easy 45 minute drive and the kids had a blast. We will definitely be renting this place again!

Amazing Stay!

Owner was prompt, professional and helpful leading up to our stay. House was as advertised upon arrival. It was very clean, well appointed and left you wanting for little for comfort or convenience. Water pressure, climate control and all appliances worked perfectly. Location cannot be beat since you are just a few miles from downtown and Snowbowl, yet feel like you are are miles from civilization. Highly recommend this home and will stay here again for certain. This was one of the most relaxing getaways we have had in a long time.

Beautiful property! Very convenient to the city of Flagstaff and many great restaurants. WE loved our stay there and felt the home was perfect for our situation. We had a family of four and two singles travelling together...there were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and definitely enough room to spread out and find some quiet space alone! The kitchen was very nicely appointed and we cooked breakfast every morning. Please be sure to check out the provided staple items in the kitchen prior to going shopping for food! :-) We would definitely rent this house again for a trip to Arizona. It was nicely convenient to lots of locations and easy to plan day trips for all the places we wanted to see. Especially the Grand Canyon!
