Four Bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms(one with jetted tub), sleeps 8, close to lake

Three level raised chalet is up the block from the lake, pool, beach & clubhouse. The amenities include large great room with propane fireplace and 42 inch flat screen TV, basement recreation room has large TV, foosball, pool table,. Also has central air conditioning and ceiling fans, front and rear decks for entertaining. Clubhouse has a full service bar with food and arcade. Development has beach, lake, pool, arcade, tennis and basketball courts. There is also boat and paddle boat rentals for a small fee. Only 15 min from Poconos Racetrack and less than 20 min away from Horse racing and Casino. Several golf courses in area Local attractions include: Skiing, Mountain biking, Horseback Riding, Waterpark and Paintball. Close to dining and shopping. Renters must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Important Notice Tenants will receive 8 badges to use lake community amenities.

My boyfriend and I along with 3 other couples rented this beautiful house for Vday wkend and it was GREAT! (the pics posted does no justice). The kitchen was fully stocked with evrything we needed to cook our big Vday dinner. The guys loved playing in the game room. The house was clean, spacious and very comfortable. If you rent this house then you def want to visit the Premium outlets, Penns Peak (club), and Shenanigans. I absolutely recommend this house to everyone. Cant wait to see this place in the summer time. Thanx Jen
