Cabin, 4 Bedrooms, 3.25 Baths, (Sleeps 5-8)

Beautiful 4 Bedroom True Log Custom Cabin. Viking Appliances, Granite counter tops, beautifully furnished. Decks and patios all around with amazing views of the mountains. Huge outdoor firepit too, great for roasting marshmallows! This home sits on 10 acres of land. It has 2 levels. First level is the great room, kitchen, laundry room, master suite and powered room.

Downstairs there is a second great room, bar, 2 bedrooms, and one more master suite. Much of the downstairs rooms have French doors opening up to the out-doors; with large covered patios. This Home is only a 45 minute drive to the Grand Canyon.

5 minutes to the center of down town Williams, on route 66. And only 30 miles west of Flagstaff and 1.5 hours to Sedona. This home will be ready for rental on December 1st, 2009. We will rent it short or long term. Great for weekends to the Polar Express!

My husband and I built this beautiful log home for our family. It has been such a labor of love. So now we would love to share it with family and friends! Williams is such a unique town with so much to see and do! Enjoy! The Kristie & Aaron Korges

We built this home for our family to enjoy and get out of the hot AZ desert!

What makes this cabin unique

1. Town of Williams is on route 66 2. 45 minutes to the Grand Canyon 3. 5 minutes to the Grand Canyon Railway Station 4. So much to do outdoors... the list is long!

PLEASE NOTE:... There is NO internet service! You must provide your own HotSpot! Thank you

Minimum Age: 25. This rental is available on a 1st come 1st serve basis. Please be aware that if there are multiple requests for the same dates, the 1st signed rental agreement accompanied by a cashiers check, paid in full, will be honored and any other monies and rental agreements received thereafter will be returned.

Cashiers Check required for full rent plus deposit required at time of booking.

My wife and two kids and myself rented this beautiful cabin in Williams. Upon arrival we were blown away by the peaceful surroundings and just how quiet it really was. As we entered into the house we found a very well appointed interior that catered to our every need. DirecTV, pool table, outdoor decks, fire pits and the list goes on and on. The amenities were endless. This cabin can easily rent for a lot more money. It is well worth the price per night!!! The most surprising thing is I managed to have this much fun and relax even with my in-laws there!!! The owners were incredibly easy to deal with and answered the phone each time I called. They even managed to help me put this all together while away on their own family trip. Thank you very much Kristie. You will be hearing from my family again in the near future!!!

Wonderful Time

The family (2 adults, 5 kids) had a great time here. The house is beautiful, and is a great location to explore central Arizona. We went to: The Grand Canyon, Sunset Crater, Montezuma Wells and Castle, Sedona, Slide Rock State park and more. The house has satellite, but no internet and spotty cell coverage, but it was nice to get off the grid. We enjoyed watching the hawks and prairie dogs each morning and evening while sitting on the big deck.

Good communication with the owners, and no issues at all. Thanks much!

WE LOVED STAYING THE WEEKEND. CABIN IS GORGEOUS, UNLIKE ANYTHING WE EVER STAYED. FIVE STAR IS ABSOLUTELY DESERVED. MINUTES FROM TOWN YET TOTAL FEELING OF A MOUNTAIN CABIN. CAN NOT WAIT FOR SUMMER TO GET A DIFFERENT PROSPECTIVE.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING HERE. THE OWNERS ARE A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH.

The house is beautiful and has every ammenty needed. What a great location for the Polar Express. From the kitchen, to the bedrooms, to the playroom, this house is a home away from home! Our family would highly recommend this Log Cabin and we will be back!

positives: Excellent decor and tasteful architecture. well stocked kitchen - even has a rice cooker. owners are prompt and responsive. Downtown, Grocery 4 miles, Grand Canyon railroad (train leaves 8.30 AM and starts from Grand Canyon at 3.30 PM). Very delightful housekeeper !

They gave us extra time to pack and make sure we don't leave anything.

negatives: none

ps: please check-in before dark, the house is in a wooded area and it is easy to miss the approach road, after sunset.
