Walking from this Turtle Hatch Road home to our private beach with gated entry,bath house,& parking area you are surrounded by boutique Shops and Restaurants of Venetian Village, which are situated on the inlet, across from the Gulf. This village offers lunch/dinner, drinks, Ben and Jerry's, or a quick purchase at the 87 shops just minutes from your beach chair. Truly exquisite experience dining after watching spectacular sunsets.

This newly furnished and professionally decorated home features,granite kitchen, stainless appliances, open floor plan, and many windows and french doors. There are Flat screen T.V.'s., a sound system both indoor and out by the pool and patio making grilling and relaxing more enjoyable.

A Tropical oasis awaits you in the back yard which is fenced in and completely private. The pool and patio area are surrounded by tropical gardens of palms and flowering vines. A clay water feature brings a quiet peace to the garden as you enjoy the tranquil setting. Open French doors on the entire back of the home lends the trickling water sounds and sunkissed gardens into your day.

This house has all you need and over stocked for your ease and convenience.

Why Michelle chose Naples

My family and I bought this home to live and be close to the white sandy beaches of Naples. We vacation there as well and were excited to share our piece of paradise with others. Location is the key to a fun and relaxed vacation and living west of the rt 41 allows the time spent here more enjoyable avoiding traffic of the season. Truly a surprise experience on our part.

What makes this house unique

There is nothing more relaxing than sitting on the patio or in the living room, with french doors open to the pool area and gazing out at the green tropical gardens surrounding our sparkling pool and hearing the trickling of water dripping out from the clay water feature. It truly calms your senses while smelling the honeysuckle aroma from the tiny flowers budding from the gardens. A hawk family going over head as you hear the soothing sounds of nature. A city by the beach with a suburban setting.

Enjoyed Our Vacation

This was the second time we had stayed here over the last couple of years. The house is lovely and well equipped. As before, we felt very much at home and this is a great neighbourhood. Literally 5 minutes in the car takes you to private parking at a wonderful beach. The white sand, seclusion and clear warm sea are what we go there for. Naples is somewhere we don't tire of and if it wasn't 5000 miles from home and family, we would spend much more time there. As it is, we hope to be back for a longer stay, perhaps next year. When we do, this villa will be our first choice.

House is well set up and comfortable. Easy walking distance to beach, nice restaurants, shops etc. Beach club pass is great .Allows use of nice beach park with parking, facilities and sidewalk along beach for morning walks. Nice kitchen setup. Extra referigerator in garage was a plus. Michelle is very tersponsive and easy to work with. We all enjoyed the pool and the patio. We spent 2 months here and look forward to coming back.

We had a fantastic time staying in this house. Well laid-out and very comfortable. Michelle was great to work with. Quick access to the beach and the grocery store. My brother and his wife loved it for managing their stay with their 10-month old. Plenty of room, seemed almost naturally baby-proof, and the pool in the back made it easy to enjoy the water on demand if they didn't feel like getting everything ready for a beach trip. Same for the rest of us who wanted a quick swim. We also had relatives staying nearby, and they came over for food and drinks one night. They loved it as well, and there was plenty of room for everyone. If you're a tv fiend, the main tv is in the office area (and master bedroom), which is comfortable, but not meant for a large group. There's not one in the main living room/dining room area. We loved that since the house is designed for talking and hanging out rather than watching tv. We don't watch much, if any, tv, when we come down to Naples. Too many fun things to do. We'd stay here again.

Great Naples home with private pool

We have just returned from a great stay at this property and are missing it already. The house is lovely - well decorated, clean and comfortable. We spent almost the entire time around on the patio or in the pool (heated). The location is truly excellent. It is a great neighbourhood, a pleasant 5 minute walk to the Venetian Village shops and 10 minutes to the Park Shore beach access. Grocery stores and restaurants are all within walking distance. We will definitely be back and will be recommending this property to our friends and family.
