Enjoy luxurious furnishings with original artwork in my 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo which is very private and quiet with wonderful ocean breezes flowing throughout the unit. The condo was recently upgraded with all new cabinets, granite countertops, 18” floor tiles, new carpeting and stainless steel kitchen appliances. The master bedroom offers a plush Cal King bed, separate vanity area with bath/shower combo, and a private sun-lit lanai for your early morning coffee. The living room and dining area are open with large sliding glass doors overlooking a private tropical lanai, and the comfortable sofa converts to a Queen bed. You will also enjoy a free designated parking space close to the condo.
For your comfort and convenience, the condo includes: Keyless Entry, Free Cable TV and WiFi service, Free local & long distance calling anywhere in the U.S. and Canada, large flat screen TVs with Blu-ray DVD player, CD player, and iPod/MP3 player, 2 air conditioners and 2 ceiling fans, extra large washer/dryer, beach towels, grass mats, beach chairs, beach umbrella, picnic bags, and the kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment in case you like to cook! You’ll find everything you need for a care-free vacation: dish soap, laundry soap, paper towels, napkins, kleenex, TP, garbage bags, etc. The local management company, Maui Condo & Home, (800-822-4409) is also available 24/7 if you have any questions or concerns.
Whether you’re swimming and snorkeling at South Maui’s world class beaches, golfing at one of the championship courses nearby, or visiting the local restaurants and shops, you will love coming home to my beautiful island condo!
