Newly built home at Sugarloaf - Village on the Green. Spectacular views of Sugarloaf trails and Bigelow Range. Sink into the leather couches in front of a cozy fire, hang out at the rustic bar and watch your cook prepare dinner or sneak off to the TV room to watch Warren Miller ski movies on a flatscreen TV. Watch the snowcats groom the mountain as you drift off, awaiting another perfect day at the Loaf. In the morning, the shuttle will pick you up outside the door and whisk you to the SuperQuad or other mountain destinations (Shuttle runs every half hour 8am to midnight).
Master bedroom with king bed; 1 bedroom with queen bed; 1 bedroom with 2 twins and 1 bedroom with full. Pullout sofa-bed in tv room. 3.5 baths. Washer/ Dryer.
We stayed at Jim's house with 2 families for a ski race in March of 2014. The house is a bit off the beaten path over on the West Mountain, but it is oh so worth the trip. Convenient shuttle service to the hill, and this house is so much nicer than any 4 or 5 bedroom you will find anywhere with walking distance of the base.
The house is clean, comfortable and has a great kitchen.
It has been our pleasure to rent this home for our family and theirs for 4 years. The property is clean and well maintained and the owner is always there to please. I would definitely recommend this rental. We all look forward to our stay. John and Rolande Baiguy
My husband and I rented this wonderful home for an entire season and loved it! Great location, beautiful décor and well-equipped kitchen. There isn't anything we would change and I would certainly rent this place again and again.
This home is so very nicely decorated with beautiful wood finishes and a great cooks kitchen, near the base lodge of a Sugarloaf Mountain. I love being able to ski all day and return to a newly built and homey decor with attention to all details. The mountain is five minutes by car or shuttle. The neighborhood is very nice. The Knowltons are terrific landlords and helpful in many ways. I give this a five star out of five. I will rent here again every time I go to Sugarloaf. It is a great find.
Gorgeous mountain home that has a perfect set up for a ski trip. A garage to store skis, a great entryway in the basement with racks for boots, jackets, etc. and then a great main level layout with views of the mountain. The kitchen is spacious for group cooking and the living room is a perfect room to sit and enjoy a fire after a long ski day. We use the shuttle bus to go to and from the mountain which couldn't be more convenient. It picked up and dropped of at the end of the house's driveway on a regular schedule and you could also call the shuttle service at anytime and ask them to come. It really made the trip relaxing not having to worry about driving and parking the car at the mountain. The owner was very organized, responsive, and easy to work with. Highly recommend for a top notch east coast ski trip!
This is an absolutely beautiful home. It is very new and has all the amenities you would require during your stay. Our weekend at Sugarloaf was easily the most enjoyable of the year. The golf course and mountain are extremely close by. The men played 18 holes at the most amazing golf course in the state, while the women rode the chairlift to the top of Sugarloaf mountain to take in the majestic views. Later that night we hung out next to the cozy fireplace. Thank you to the Owner for a very pleasant rental experience. We will be back!

PayPal "Send Money/ Request Money" payments with renters paying for transaction costs accepted. Paypal payments from bank accounts are generally free (within US) and credit card payments are generally 2.9% US and 3.9% Canada.
Holiday weeks: changeover day Friday or Sunday
50% deposit of rent confirms reservation. Balance of rent, security deposit, cleaning fee and tax due 30 days before rental commences. We accept Paypal with renter paying any Paypal transaction fees, otherwise personal check or money order requested. All payments to be in US$.
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
