Bright, clean Cape Cod home centrally located in nice, quiet Dennis neighborhood. Walk to bike/jogging path. Direct drive to Dennis' beautiful northern bayside or southern oceanside beaches. Minutes to Bass River (Follins Pond), great golf courses, tennis, movie theater, shopping, restaurants and much more. Sleeps 5 in two bedroooms. Fresh linens and all-white towels supplied. Home has one bathroom with tub/shower w/grab bars. Kitchen's many appliances include Keurig coffeemaker. Electrical outlets and kitchen's under sink cabinet are child-safe. All tall furnishings are attached to walls. Property has deck with Weber LP gas grill, screened porch w/table and lots of seating. Living area has cable 32' HDTV w/DVR, wireless internet, printer/scanner. Home has portable fans and central AC and heat. Washer/dryer are located in basement. Off street parking. Many supplies--great for air travellers. Cooler, beach towels and beach chairs supplied. No pets/smoking allowed.

Easy, direct drive to Mayflower, Corporation (Bayside) and West Dennis (Oceanside) Beaches; Bass River (Kelley's Bay and Follins Pond), Kayaking, Miniature Golf, Boating, Deep Sea Fishing, Churches, Restaurants, Shopping Plaza, Flea Market, Cinema. Near the towns of Harwich, Yarmouth, Chatham, Brewster. Take day trips to Hyannis, Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket, Provincetown and Plymouth attractions.

DENNIS' BEACHES are the best on the Cape. We especially recommend the soft-sand, northern bayside beaches. They're great 'walking beaches' and the surf is gentle. At high tide the water deepens very gradually and at low tide there are sand 'flats' where children can explore for shells, crabs, minnows.

Charming, Clean Cape Rental

We enjoyed our extended stay at this lovely Cape Cod property. The home was exceptionally clean, the many amenities kept our packing to a minimum, and the owners were very easy to work with. We would definitely return to this charming, centrally located property again.

A wonderful stay

we were lucky enough to stay in this house for our vacation and loved it. We especially loved the screen porch and ate all our meals there. Very clean and well stocked with all you need plus extras like beach chairs. Its close to all major routes as well as parks, restaurants etc. The owners were wonderful to deal with. Also there is an outdoor shower which comes in handy after the beach.. I would highly recommend staying here. There are also wonderful bay and ocean beaches to visit and bike trails on the cape to use.

Excellent Cape Cod Getaway

The property exceeded our expectations! The kids loved the size of the home and its many entertainment systems. The home was very clean, comfortable and stacked with helpful amenities. It is close to some great beaches, restaurants, bike trails and lakes. If we are in the Cod area again we would have no hesitation in returning to this home. The people of the Cape were very friendly and helpful. John and Joanne were fantastic - providing excellent customer service without being intrusive. It all helped us have a marvelous holiday in the USA to such an extent we wished we lived there permanently.

Wonderful rental experience

Everything that was promised was delivered! The house is in excellant condition and perfectly located with easy access to Rt 6 and close to several beaches and biking trails. I loved the screened in porch! Joanne was wonderful to work with and quick with responses to all questions.

I would definitely recommend this property!

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely Cape home. The property is well-maintained, clean, comfortable and very well located... close to Rt. 6A and all the gorgeous Bay-side beaches. The owners were very pleasant and prompt in our interactions, and we look forward to another visit in the future.
