You can enjoy the island using over 25 miles of bike paths. It has good fishing, boating and many delicious restaurants on the Island. Great relaxing destination from the big city life.

Loggerhead Cay # 151 is a ground floor, Gulf front condominium located near where the causeway ends up at the Gulf of Mexico. The complex prides itself with its beautiful landscaping and is located at the east end of the island, not far from the fishing pier and lighthouse. Loggerhead Cay is ideal for families with children, as it offers many entertaining activities for children, such as: large heated swimming pool, tennis courts, shuffle board courts and a recreation facility complete with kitchen and B-B-Q gas grills. The facility can be reserved at the Loggerhead Cay office for large group get togethers, such as family reunions.

As you enter the condominium, you experience the spacious open kitchen, dining room and living area that is furnished with island appeal. Guests enjoy an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico.

The condominium has two bedrooms, large closets and two full bathrooms. It has a king sized bed, two twin beds and a queen sized hide-a-bed. The master bedroom and living areas face the Gulf of Mexico where you can hear the sounds of the surf and enjoy the beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico.

For your convenience, we have free long distance and high-speed internet at no cost to you. We all love our pets, so we welcome one pet up to 25 pounds, with a non-refundable pet fee. The property sleeps 6 people comfortably and was updated in 2008.

Once again my family has spent a spectacular week in Sanibel Island with my parents. My parents have rented this condo for several years now, and it is the perfect location to watch the sunrise from the porch and hear the surf from open windows, too. Easy walk to beach and pool. Owner has been very receptive to making this island retreat a place you want to come back to.

Hi Jim,

Good afternoon. My family and I had a great time and we enjoyed your home away from home. We enjoyed the view of the gulf from the screened in porch and the beach was very nice. I liked the fact that your condo was close to just about everything on the island and we could ride bikes to many of the attractions.
Your condo was clean, quiet, and just an all around nice place to stay in paradise on earth. Thank you for renting to us and we definitely want to come back next year.

Loggerhead Retreat

My family has been going to Sanibel for 35plus years, staying at Loggerhead Cay. This beautiful condo is steps away from the beach and on the first floor, which is very convenient and especially helpful for my parents who are now less mobile. Property was clean and lightly decorated and airy. Nice to sit on lanai and watch breathtaking Sanibel sunrises over the water. Bike racks outside door and pool close walk. Lovely island retreat.
P.S. Owner made several upgrades and replacements after our family stayed for several weeks and made some suggestions. Owner clearly cares about people renting property.

Hey Mr. Heckert.

I wanted to let you know that we absolutely loved your condo. Actually we want to come back again this next summer and try to stay at least 2 weeks instead of 1. Everything was really nice and clean and we felt very comfortable there. My boys enjoyed that the pool was so close by and also the walk to the beach was so easy. Thank you. I will be in touch a little later and try to book for next summer.
