This is a true getaway home with beautiful views and sunsets. You can just relax down by the lake or enjoy all the fun water sports. In the Fall, you may choose to go hunting or just enjoy the foliage. If there is an early snowfall, you can enjoy some winter activities. Our home is just 80 feet from the lake! The children will enjoy themselves in our finished basement, tv, games. Please note that our dock will be clear of all watercraft for your enjoyment. No Cats

Activities: This is a true lakefront getaway home with beautiful views and the best sunsets on the lake. There is a dock where you can have a secure place to keep your boat or wave runners. If you do not have your own boat or wave runner, you can rent at many marinas on the lake. There is a free boat ramp at the north end of the lake. The dock is also a great place to swim and fish from or just relax in the sun. There is a stone patio with a picnic table if you would like to eat lunch or dinner down there. If you enjoy hiking, there are several nature areas with trails close by. The Dock pictured will be replaced with a Straight Dock 53 feet long so as Boats can tie up on either side.

Restaurants: Restaurants in the area include Ehrhardts,The Boat House or Rumors.

Attractions -Nearby: Bush kill Falls, Claws-N-Paws Zoo, Camel Beach Water park, Tannersville Outlet shopping are a few of the many activities in the nearby area. Mount Airy Casino Resort is about 50 min. away.

You will enjoy just sitting down at the dock sunbathing or watching the sunset. There are so many water activities such as water skiing, jet skiing, water tubing or just relaxing. Our home is one of the closest waterfront homes on the lake. our screened in porch is but 80 feet to the lake. Dinner, cocktails, & snacks is so enjoyable sitting by our picnic patio enjoying the soft breezes & magnificent sunsets! No Cats

Ski: Skiers will enjoy Tanglwood Ski Area, which is only 15 min. away. Elk Mt., Camelback, Big Boulder and Jack Frost are about 50 min. away. There are some snowmobile trails not far away also. All these activities depend on an early snowfall in the Poconos.

Outside we have horseshoes besides other activities. There is a picnic table and 8 Adirondack chairs on the lake patio. The washing machine and dryer are in the basement.

Great spot for a family get away. Fishing off the dock was a big hit. There is even a bowling alley/pool hall nearby for those rainy days. The deer come right up to the house and nibble on the lawn. Quiet and peaceful too.

We rented this property for my wife's 30th birthday. There was plenty of room for the whole family - with a unique layout (cool loft bedrooms) that kids would just love. The sunsets were beautiful and could be viewed from the dock, the outdoor picnic area, the fire circle and the awesome screened in porch. It was very clean, but also very homey and comfortable and the owners made themselves available to us at check in and throughout our stay. Plus our dogs loved it! We definitely hope to stay here again.
Recommended for:  Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
