First & foremost this place is gorgeous!!!!! Stunning views and the building amenities were great. In the heart of downtown so whether your in the mood to catch a Heat game or catch some rays in south beach everything is easy accessible. Gary was awesome!!! Great communication and he made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Can't wait to come back

This condo is great, the building is beautiful and well kept, and the indoor parking is a big plus. It was very close to every where we needed to go, I absolutely love it. And a big plus......the floor to ceiling windows which provided an extraordinary view both day and night. Gary was a delight to deal with, very reasonable and responsive.

I would definitely recommend this place to others as well as rent it again myself, thanks Gary!

The condo is very well located. We had a wonderful vacation there, the owner is very nice and the common areas are big enough, so you never feel unconforttable. This is a very good option in Miami, is perfect for 5 people with children and you are close to everything (beach, restaurants, theater, shops, etc.).
Of course we are ready to go back.

Excellent flat!

It is very comfortable,it is very well ubicated near South Beach beaches and downtown .Apart from that, it has got own garage to park the car and a minimarket within the building.It has also got a marvelous view because it ´s on the 31ST floor.If you like basketball you can easily go to the American Airlines Arena because it´s just in front of it. We were 6 and we enjoyed a lot.
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
