This recently remodeled lakefront home on an over sized lot is located close to the Historic Granbury Square.Bring the kids, dog and grandma! Or just enjoy a great weekend at the lake with the guys or girls. You can bring your boat and/or jet skis and tie up at our private boat dock or just enjoy the fishing and scenery from the dock. Create dinners at home in the fully stocked kitchen or outside by the BBQ. Curl up in the over sized leather reclining couch and enjoy watching your favorite sports on the 42'' flat screen. HD cable provided including music stations, or one of the many movies provided in our DVD Library. Bring your favorite reading and enjoy the look and sounds of nature from our screened in back porch that overlooks the ravine below, or from the swing at front. You can always stay connected with our complimentary WiFi system. The house is close to the Granbury Historic square and all the restaurants and local activities. Lake Granbury!!

This house comes completely furnished with a king bedroom, and three additional queen bedrooms, plus a sunroom with a crib, dog kennel and two twin beds in a trundle. The house comfortably sleeps ten.

What a wonderful holiday our family had at the little lakehouse in Granbury! Although the house itself is not all that large, it has a good sized kitchen that suited us beautifully as we prepared our Thanksgiving feast for 14! The mattresses in all four bedrooms were very comfortable. The house is super clean, well suited for entertaining, and a great place to relax.
In our cooking frenzy, we did have a problem with the microwave tripping the electricity - probably needs to be checked out.
I would whole-heartedly recommend the house to friends and family - will probably use it again with our own family!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers

Great Location - Very Comfortable

This was my families second time to stay at this Lake House (total of 7 people). We enjoy the location; about a mile from the historic town square and the fact there is a boat dock to tie up. The home has everything you need for a relaxing getaway or a full house of family. We sat on the front porch each morning with coffee and each evening with cocktails and enjoyed the peacefulness of "just hanging out". While there are great restaurants in Granbury, we enjoyed cooking family meals and sitting at the large dining room table. The kitchen has all that you need ... just bring food! The house is very clean and comfortable with four bedrooms plus a sunroom with a trundle bed. The town square has interesting and unique shopping, a wine store and restaurants ... and of course the lake was a great place to spend each day! Why stay in a hotel when you can relax and enjoy a full house??!! I am sure we will be back again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
