From a built in espresso machine to imported glass tiles in every bath, this house is what dreams are made of. Balconies, views, and dolphins swimming behind the expansive back yard, this is a gated, two-story home with a huge private pool and spa, overlooking the Gulf, 10 minutes from Don Cesar. Large outside lanai with lots of beautiful outdoor space for entertaining. However, large parties and special events are not permitted at this house except for very special circumstances. The owners of the Skyway Mansion had to move cross country for work but love the home so much they want to keep it. So, while they work from afar, some lucky family or business traveler will have the opportunity to live and care for this house on a longer term basis. It can be rented only 3 times a year. So, a seasonal visitor would be the ideal match for a house of this quality. The Skyway Mansion has been featured on the cover of home design magazines as an oasis of style in the Tampa bay area.
