If you prefer, you can spend peaceful and romantic moments on the second floor balcony facing the river or enjoy some drinks in the screened covered patio on the first floor while you watch all the boats go by. This wonderful riverfront house, located in Springfield, LA on a private street, is very tastefully decorated and offers everything you need for a getaway to remember.

About the house....: The upstairs master bedroom features a jacuzzi bathtub, an incredible view of the river with access to the balcony with another bedroom down the hall containing bunk beds & a futon. The downstairs bedroom has a queen size bed and private bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, coffeemaker (all you need are the food & drinks.) Full size washer and dryer is located in the utility room with all linens provided. There are satellite TVs with free Starz Movie channels in the den, master bedroom, second floor bedroom with a VCR/DVD player in the den. There are central heat and air controls on each floor with ceiling fans in all the rooms and a log stove in the den. (No Cleaning Fees are Charged)
