About The Owner

Hi, we are Nick and Angela Vertue and we are the owners of a studio in the Acqua Flamingos luxury condominium complex. I first discovered Puerto Vallarta while captaining a yacht around the world and we fell in love with it immediately, since then Puerto Vallarta has been our base and home for 10 years. There are many reasons why I came to chose PV as my home. The scenery is breathtaking with luxuriant jungle covered mountains descending right down to the sandy beaches and Pacific Ocean. Puerto Vallarta is a modern Tourist resort with a American type infrastructure yet still retains its quaint Mexico feel with cobbled streets, taco stands and a wonderful Malecon (broardwalk).

Why The Owner chose Nuevo Vallarta

The old saying Location, location, location applies to the Acqua development, its on a pristine uncrowded beach between Nuevo Vallarta and the old fishing village of Bucerias both 5 mins. Just a 15 min cab ride to the night life of Puerto Vallarta. The Flamingos area is the new hot spot in the bay with dining and shopping close by. Flamingos, El Tigre and Mayan Palace golf clubs are just a few mins away. My wife and I live nearby and can advise and assist you during your vacation if needed.

What makes this condo unique

Going to sleep to the gentle lapping of the ocean. The safest and most child friendly beach in the bay.

My husband and I just spent 4 months at this wonderful place. We really appreciate the condo well equipped, the marvellous sunsets, the unbelievable view of the ocean, the beautiful complex with infinity pools, the proximity of a super market. Thank you at the owners Angela and Nick who were very helpful and cooperative in fulfilling all of our request. We highly recommand this magic place.

Comfortable and very clean studio. Incredible sunsets (a must see) great pools and views to the beach. My husband and I really enjoy the long walks to the beach and to the nearby little towns( great food and friendly people). We'll definitely go bak. One more thing, the price is just right!!

We enjoyed staying in this condo very much, it was clean, fresh and well maintained.
The kitchen included a juicer,toaster, coffee maker and tea set.
The beach and pool areas are some of the best in the area with a lap pool on the beach.
A supermarket is within view of the condo and is well stocked and clean.
I have recommended this as a place to stay to my friends for a quiet relaxing vacation
