  • There is a refundable security deposit of $1,000.00 where the cleaning fee comes out of it after leaving and unit is inspected and cleaned. Normally cleaning is $200.00 but if you leave this home clean it will be less if you leave it worst then a normal clean it could be more. Balance will be returned after home is inspected, if there nothing else wrong balance will be returned.
