This home has everything... Heated pool, free private beach pass, fishing poles, games, and two bikes. The house has been completely remodeled and comes with everything you need for a great vacation. We accept small pets. The master bedroom features a king bed and cable TV. The second bedroom sleeps two in twin beds and also features cable TV. There is a queen futon that sleeps two off the dining room. High Speed Internet access is provided - bring your PC! Free (US only) long distance is provided as well.

Enjoy fabulous sunsets at the private gulf coast beach just a short bike or car ride away. This home is located 15 miles north of Clearwater in New Port Richey on a beautiful waterfront canal lot.

Note: - The Main bath is located between the bedrooms. The second bath is very compact and is located off the pool. While it has a shower and is accessible from the house, it is mostly used as a convenience for those using the pool. The picture of the boat is the one that is assigned to this house. We reserve the right to substitute a similar boat if this boat is out of service for scheduled maintenance. We maintain these boats to the highest standards and have very little problems with these boats. In the unlikely event that our mechanic verifies your boat is out of service during your stay for more than one day (and we can not substitute a spare boat), we will refund $40 per day for loss of use of the boat.

Love, Love, Love This Place!

This was our fourth stay at this property, and each time we come we enjoy it more and more! The house is well-maintained, clean, and supplied with everything needed for your stay. Each time we come we find new places to visit and restaurants to eat in. We always enjoy going out on the boat... our dog thinks she is the queen as she sits in front and we travel through the canals! This time a mother and baby dolphin followed along with us as we traveled ... it was very exciting! Since we're from New York, we managed to get tickets to a NY Yankee spring training game in Tampa, not far at all from New Port Richey. Tarpon Springs is another place we like to visit, with its Greek restaurants and shops. The owner is always available to reach, as is the maintenance man if there are any problems. We LOVE this property, and always look forward to coming back!

honeymoon

My husband and I stayed here week of Dec 1-Dec 8 2012. What a beautiful place. We used the pontoon boat everyday. We went out to the sand bar in the golf and followed dolphins on one afternoon. This house had everything we could of needed. Only thing I could say negative is that there are no sharp knives, we made due with what they had. Everything is so close by. Both of the neighbors were there all week, but didn’t hear anything from them. It is very quiet there all day and night. We are ready to book our next vacation.

What a Wonderful Vacation Home

We had a great time at this rental house we have stayed in many properties in Gulf Harbors and this was the best so far we had everything we needed .Mickey was very helpful and made sure we had everything .We really liked the Heated Pool and the Boat.Thanks for everything Arla and Mickey we will be back.

Great place for a vacation

We had a fabulous week here at the end of September
The house has everything you need
We were met by Mickey and given a quick tour of where everything was
Then he even gave us a quick boating lesson on the pontoon boat
The house was very clean well maintained and in a great location
Very quiet area but not too far away from Tarpon Springs/Clearwater/tampa
The Screened pool was great
Excellent outdoor seating and a great outdoor grill

The boat which came with the house was used everyday' went out to the sandbar
watched dolphins spalsh about just offshore
The boat was aslo great for fishing from and there are a wide variety of fish to catch.
especially the Speckled sea trout which were very tasty and great cooked on the grill
The icing on top of this great cake was the private beach you get access to
Very clean well maintained
watch stingrays and all kinds of species of fish in the shallow water
or even better bring your snorkel and mask and float about in the warm water
see stingrays ,horseshoe crabs all manor of colourful small fish
and if your lucky enough see the dolphins in close to the shore
I was no more than 3 feet from them as they fed in the "swim" zone off the beach

Will definately be back here if i want to vacation in the area again

Great vacation home!

We just spent a week at Tranquility - 2 kids (6 & 9) and our dog - we all loved it! The boat was an awesome addition to our stay. We went out on the boat everyday except one (it rained), we went to Anclote Key and the sandbar each trip out. You can find so many shells! We did a little fishing - though didn't catch any big ones - still had fun catching the small ones. The house was very clean and well maintained.The kids had a blast in the pool-perfect size for them to play in. (I don't think they used "technology" the whole time we were there!!) We went bike riding around the neighborhood. We also visited Tarpon Springs - the Greek sponge docks - had some delicious Greek food. Trinity Seafood & Rusty Bellies were two favorite restaurants too. Grocery stores and mall are within 10-15 minutes if you need anything. It was a very nice relaxing week. We would definitely recommend this home. We had a great time! Thank you! (There were only a couple things we missed having...a pizza cutter, a cookie pan and bowls to mix in. With kids pizza and chocolate cookies are favorites!) Still had an incredible time! :)
