Falmouth is increasingly popular as a year round destination. It is bordered by miles of shoreline and beaches. Island exploring by ferry boats! Bike paths! Three 18 hole challenging golf courses and one executive course. Famous Woods Hole Institute, Seaquarium and Discovery Center- Google it! Lots of shops, discount outlet stores, flea markets, antiques! Incredible seafood everywhere- lobster, fried clams, fresh fish. Falmouth hospital is minutes away as is all of the above.
Approximately 65 miles from Boston's Logan Airport or from Providence, R. I.'s Green Airport. Driving time from either to our home is about one hour and 15 min. Bus service is available to Falmouth, direct from the airports. Hyannis airport is 35 min. and has full service.

House layout: We are a gated community to start, has its own private restaurant, is amazingly landscaped!
You come down our tree lined driveway, and the house is very private.
You enter to a view of the lake, kitchen on the right, fireplace main room in the middle, all 3 bedrooms to the left. We have 2 T.V. areas, surround sound, both with lakefront views. 1 with a pocket door to shut out the noise or the kids room as we say! The other T.V. is for the adults; a 50' flat big screen off of the dining room along with Boze surround sound. 32' flat screens in the bedrooms. ESPN, HBO and Showtime are available.
The house is partly wall to wall carpet and partly white birch hardwood floors. It is an open plan layout, no stairs, so accessible to all. All natural soaps in the bathrooms.
The deck is 50 feet across and has deck furniture and an outside deck eating area, and of course, lake front views ... Lots of bird feeders and birds!
