Kelly Greens is a wonderful golf community located just minutes away from the desirable beaches of Sanibel and Fort Myers. A true gated community, you will find Kelly Greens a very comfortable and very friendly place in which to stay.
Kelly Greens Championship Golf Course has 5 different tee boxes to accommodate any player, with the longest 6,825 yards and the shortest 4,749 yards. A full-scale driving range, pro shop and restaurant provide excellent service.
For a $265 fee payable to the country club, and a minimum rental of a month, renters have access to the amenities of the golf course and the country club, including the restaurant, tennis and fitness center. Renters can also opt for a dining transfer only, for a fee of $125.
We are located on the first floor with a beautiful view of the 7th hole from the Lanai and within walking distance to pool area with hot tub.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a private bath. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds with a full bath and shower. The condo comes with a fully-furnished kitchen, breakfast area, breakfast bar and a formal dining area. New refrigerator, stove and microwave. New washer/dryer is also located in the condo.
