It is a quiet terrace-house with private garden, 2 terraces and all with view onto the golf-course. It is located in a beautiful, well-kept condominium with tennis courts and several swimming-pools, also indoor-pool, jacuzzi and sauna. It is luxuriously furnished and fully equipped with air-conditioning and heating. A 4 km- long beach is in 10 min. walking distance. It is ideal for golfing, beach holidays and fans of Andalucia. The region is one of the less spoilt and most typical ones of Andalucia. Sanlucar de Barrameda (11 km, old-city, horse-racing, entrance to Donana National Park, bird-watching), Jerez (20 km, sherry cellars, Formula One race track, International Airport), Sevilla (90 km, capital of Andalucia, world-famous fair Feria). We can give further suggestions for places to visit.

Costa Ballena is a new resort, located between Chipiona (3 km) and Rota (5 km) on an area belonging formerly to the Counts of Orleans. Several condominiums and two 4-star-hotels are place around the 36-hole golf-course. It is ideal for walking and cycling. The beach is separated through dunes. It is a quiet and family-adequate setting. You’ll find excellent restaurants in Chipiona, Rota, Sanlucar de Barrameda (11 km) and Puerto de Santa Maria (20 km).
