Condo, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 2)

Architectural Design condo with the finest finishes and furniture. RENTS ONLY BY THE MONTH WITH SEASONAL RENTALS PREFERRED. It is a cook's kitchen with an island bar, beautiful dishes for entertaining or just kicking back and relaxing. Dining table seats 4 and bar seats 4 ocean views from every angle.

Living room is complete with L shaped sofa and 2 moveable chairs to face built in Entertainment wall or to turn for conversation. There is a desk in the living room.

The bedroom is totally custom built with a dressing table, closets, chest, night tables with built in lighting on each side of the queen size bed. There are ceiling fans in the bedroom and dining room

The bathroom is large with jetted tub and designer sink.

All linens are furnished, maid service is available.

About The Owner

My husband and I bought and totally renovated this condo because we love Surfside and the beach. It has one of the best views in Miami and is in a small boutique building with heated ocean front pool, exercise room, party room. It is located between two major airports Miami (13 miles) and Ft. Lauderdale (25 miles). There is a great walking/bike paths along the ocean and an easy walk to shopping and Bal Harbor.

This condo is the perfect vacation get away spot...quiet, peaceful, and relaxing combined with the finest shopping, dining, and entertainment in the world (my husband was an airline captain) so we've seen it all.
