We stayed a week in this house, a family of 6. Its layout, conditions and equipment were in line with the HomeAway listing.
It is nicely situated along a waterway. We found very enjoyable to have dinner as well as breakfast near the pool.
The property was clean and we appreciated to have all the bathroom and beach towels needed. The various equipments were all running properly and instructions to operate them were clearly explained.
The owner provided an outstanding customer service and it is an important point as we rented the house from France.

The house was super clean and the owner of the home is easily accessible. The pool was beautiful and it overlooks the intercoastal.The neighborhood is secluded and peaceful but still close TO EVERYTHING* you could possibly need, including the hard rock and the beaches. I really enjoyed my stay and so did my guests!

STU THANK YOU FOR PROVIDING US WITH A LOVELY PRIVATE HOME TO RELAX AND ENJOY. MY FAVORITE WAS SWIMMING EVERY MORNING AND EVERY EVENING OR WHENEVER WE FELT LIKE. I DON'T HAVE THIS IN CANADA SO THIS ASPECT WAS PERFECT FOR ME, ESPECIALLY BECAUSE IT WAS HEATED. WE ARE HOPING TO VISIT AGAIN SOON. JUST WISH IT WERE CLOSER TO BEACH IN WALKING DISTANCE.

This house was amazing. The street was very quiet and peaceful, the pool was absolutly relaxing, and the house had all the accomidations we needed to have an excellent time. Stores and shopping was twenty minutes away and the beach was even closer. This house defintely made my vacation memorable and all the worth while; not to mention the amazing price for such a long stay. Thanks Stu!

Great vacation location

I was looking for a place for my uncle, aunts and I to stay that was comfortable and conveniently located. We had never been to Ft. Lauderdale before so having a decent place to stay was key just in case we just decided to hang out rather than be tourists. This house was perfect. We arrived on Sunday and the weather was a bit rainy so we just cooked dinner at home and sat out back. We loved the lanai and the heated pool. The size of the house allowed us each to have our own room. I had a question for Stu and he called me right back to give me the answer. The neighborhood was quiet, even though the road was under construction, it was not a problem at all. We ventured out a few times and fell in love with Ft. Lauderdale. I personally hope to move down there within the next 5 years.
