This well-lit apartment with 3 bedrooms will excite you -everything that you need and what you wish for a visit in Palermo will be found here: a lovely atmosphere on a spacious 150 m², exciting gastronomy and a park very close. Bus, taxi station, harbour nearby, can be reached on foot. Nearby you will find designer stores, vintage furniture and clothing, supermarkets, pharmacies, barbershops, spas, flower market, petticoat market, etc. In a prestigious residential part of the town, next to the central Piazza Croci and to Via Libertà. Close by central English Garden. 12 min walk or 3 minutes bus journey to Theater Politeama (2 bus stops away) and to Theater Massimo (3 bus stops away).In this environment you will feel at home in a short time as a Palermo resident!

excellent base for Palermo

Property was as advertised a good size 3 bed apartment about 10 mins walk from main tourist area. Apartment very clean and most things you would want there. We used a base to go to day trips in south and west which was quite easy to do but if you do drive in Palermo would heavily suggest a GPS and a dose of apspirin. The craziest drivers anywhere!!

Perfect apartment for 6 in Palermo

Our week's stay in this flat was delightful. It is like being at home away from home. It's spacious, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 patios, concierge, 4 TVs, beautiful,, impeccably clean. Less than 5 minutes on foot to the buses into the heart of the city, with a grocery store, wine shop, restaurants near by. With a car there's parking in the square at the apartment... and we found parking in the center quite easy too. Too much to visit... the market at Ballaro Market is extraordinary, fresh pasta for our New Year's meal bought along the port, the dizzying amount of clothes and shoes shops, palaces, historic sites, cafes, restaurants. I highly recommend this flat for a wonderful stay in Palermo Sicily and the owner provided the most cordial and helpful service.

I was somewhat skeptical when I booked a week at this apartment. There were numerous questions, all of which were answered promptly and patiently by Corrado, the owner. When we arrived in Palermo, we were met by Corrado, and introduced to the property as well as the area. The apartment was excellent and well furnished. There is ample parking. I would recommend this property without any reservation. Thank you Corrado.
