Riverside Club condos are located on the Northeast shore of Marco Island in the Gulf of Mexico. This condo is located on the 3rd floor with elevator access. The 3rd floor provides an excellent view of the wide Marco River. Watch all types of boats and occasionally porpoises go by. This condo is an immaculate clean smoke free unit. It has a generous living area with ceramic tile throughout. The full size kitchen has new corian countertops with updated appliances. A king bed in the bedroom. The lanai is screened in with table, chairs and TV. On the property is a heated swimming pool, spa/hot tub, fishing docks, club house, and tennis courts. Boat slips, gas, bait and fishing available on site. You are walking distance to restaurants, shopping and a marina with boat rentals & equipment. Two favorite restaurants very close are Snook Inn by the water and Arturo's Italian Restaurant. All necessary paper products, towels, linens, beach chairs, cooler, and beach towels are provided.

Marco Island is a paradise with 4 miles of wide clean beach sand. It is located about 10 miles Southwest of Naples, Florida on State Highway 951 also called Collier Boulevard. From Fort Meyers Interstate 75 connects to Hwy 951. The island provides shopping, dining, movie theaters, sports bars, boating, sailing, RC sailing, fishing and nearby golf. During the winter months our average high temperature is 77 degrees and low of 65. You can expect every day to be sunny. Summer months are cooler than most Florida areas because of the ocean breeze.
