4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, sleeps 6 adults 2 children

House is nestled between two vineyards. Has beautiful expansive views of the hills surrounding Lake Waramaug and a small private pond with water lilies and grown coys . Great for a family, as it has rights to a private beach on a Lake Waramaug (5 minute walk or two minutes by car).

In addition it has a private pool and a fully renovated kitchen and master bathroom . The property is set inside a 3 acre lot so there is lots of privacy which is very rare in the area. Fun for the kids and adults with trampoline and swings for both. Has apple, pear trees and concord grapes.

Lots of great stores and restaurants in New Preston, Kent, Washington, Roxbury and Lichfield. Minutes away from Mohawk Mountain, Averill Farms ( beautiful old farm for apple picking) and Limerock (a race track). This is the ideal house for a family or couple looking for peace, privacy and fun!

An organic market only 10 minutes away by car and two gourmet supermarkets minutes away.

We are looking for a seasonal summer rental.

Fantastic House, Very Comfortable and Great Amenities

My friends and I loved the house and had a fantastic birthday weekend. When we arrived, everything had been prepared for us.

The spa was a perfect way to end a day of skiing and the grand living space was perfect for entertaining, with incredible views.

The owner was very reasonable and extremely helpful and attentive. We can't wait to go back in summer and use the pool.
