Residence Josephine is located in the heart of 'le Marais', what many consider as the most beautiful and historic neighborhood in Paris. Most of the buildings in the area date from the 17th centuries and the narrow streets, beautiful squares and stunning architecture provide for hours of delightful rambling and exploration.

On the first floor (second american floor) without elevator, in a typical 18th century parisian building, you will not face the street but a lovely and quiet little courtyard.

The apartment was completely refurbished this summer. It will offer you all the modern convenience you may need to feel at home. We have two metros close by: St. Paul and Bastille. The studio is within easy walking distance of the Place de Vosges ( Less than 50 yards away), the Bastille, the river Seine, Ile St.-Louis and many of the best museums in Paris. ( the Louvre, Picasso museum, beaubourg museum,Carnavalet,....)

Wonderful apartment and welcoming host!

We loved our stay at RESIDENCE JOSEPHINE! The apartment is a gem! It had everything we needed and was in a perfect location. We were close to 2 metro stops and that was key--we flew all over the city on the metro and we were able to pop back to the apartment if needed. There are lots of cute little cafes nearby. We would just walk around the corner to get breakfast and coffee. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone I knew going to Paris. Quentin was very welcoming and helpful as well. He made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. This is a wonderful apartment!

What a lovely find! Excellent location. Great value versus hotels in the area.

Francois was at the door to meet our taxi and show us the apartment, deliver the keys and explain the operation of gates, etc.
This is a very cute apartment with a wonderful location. Very comfy bed, great shower, nice kitchen, TV and even a computer. Has a kitchen and a bakery at the corner so coffee and croissants at the cute little table in the apartment was a treat.
Note: very compact so don't bring giant luggage.
We highly recommend this great apartment for any couple wanting to visit Paris.

Thank you, Quentin and Francois, for your hospitality! The apartment is in a wonderful area - so close to the Bastille (both the location and metro stop) and the Marais. We absolutely loved wandering through the Marais (which is a lively neighborhood on Sundays - really something to see!) - the food and shopping cannot be beat. It is a studio, but has a full size kitchen with washing machine and a really comfortable queen bed :) The studio has wifi, computer, TV, and a window overlooking a charming courtyard. But beyond all of that: location, location, location. Thank you for a fabulous apartment!

We spent 4 nights in this studio and really enjoyed it. We enjoyed having the kitchen to prepare our breakfast each morning. It was close to the metro and many restaurants. Quentin was a pleasure to deal with.
