Went for a short weekend getaway and loved this house and it's easy access to downtown Rehoboth Beach. My family and I had to pick up our jaws at the sight of such a lovely house and all it had to offer. It was beautifully decorated, spacious and stocked with things we didnt even know we would need but ended up using. There were beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels...i could go on and on. The owner, Steve, was very friendly and patient, even after several emails back and forth with my endless questions. Thank you Steve!

We rented this condo for a family vacation and found it very comfortable. We had one child with us that was 4 and I was impressed to see several baby friendly supplies were available including a Pack-N-Play. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots, pans, utensils and dinnerware you could need. The appliances were new and easy to use. The furniture was comfortable and there was plenty of space. Our party of 6 did not feel cramped. You can tell that lots of thought has gone into the arrangement and supply of this place. There were books and movies for our use. The instructions we received before our trip were very helpful and we did not have any trouble arriving and getting settled. We enjoyed several restaurants in Rehoboth Beach and all were very good and appear to be family owned unique establishments. We enjoyed a nearby bike rental service, the Outlet Shops, Miniature Golf and of course the Beach. The pictures and descriptions are accurate. The 3rd level is great for kids/teens with plenty of space and their own tv.

My family and my friend's family (with total of 4 kids) visited Rehoboth beach for the Easter weekend. This vacation house was one of the best rental home I have ever been. It is located right next to the outlet and leas than 10 min. drive to both Rehoboth and Dewey Beaches. Contemporary decoration, well furnished and stocked. Extra clean. Steve, the owner of the property, was very prompt in response.

Loved it. Will definitely go back. Thank you.

This is one of the best rentals we have found at Rehoboth. It is updated and has all the comforts of home. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of seating around the large table for our entire group when we ate. There is also plenty of seating in the living room area to relax and watch television. This town home was very clean and roomy for 6 adults! We loved the back porch area and were able to spend some time out there during our extended weekend. The owners are extremely customer service oriented and will ensure that you are happy with your rental experience.

Our family of 7 just returned from our 1st visit to Rehoboth. It was a wonderful week. The home is exactly as stated and shown. Rooms are very large so that nobody was on top of each other. Very quiet condo. The owners have thought of everything. Kitchen was great, large enough for 3 women to work. We will be going back for sure. You feel like you are in your own home. Quick ride to Chicago St, to park using pass and our handicap and beach great. Thanks so much for the comfort of your home.
