Perfect Apt for 2

This place was the perfect place for my boyfriend and I. Brandon was an exceptional host. He answered all my questions and he gave us a good list of places to go. The actual apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures. The neighborhood was nice. There really is nothing to complain about. If you are looking for a nice place to stay outside of the French Quarters I highly recommend this place.

This GD condo served as a great home base during our five day stay in NOLA. It was great to have a living room separate from the bedroom. The place was modern and clean. The location was great, steps away from the streetcar and a short walk to magizine street. We will be back! Thank you Brandon for a great place to stay and recommendations!

REST& RELAXATION

The condo was great! Brandon was an amazing host.
Every amenity fit our needs. My wife and I will hopefully
Never stay at a hotel again as long as Brandon has the property
It was tremendously equipped, just enough space for two. Not to mention immaculately kept. Anyone looking for peace of mind and access to everything
STAY HERE....!!!!! Truly five star *****. Also the garden district was a step back
Into time. The architecture, the historical esscence was truly amazing.
Street car stop was steps away as stated in the description. For dining we re commend
The trolley stop for breakfast, Juan's Flying Burrito on magazine, and for an amazing
Selection of cheese cake Copelands cheesecake bistro..

Again to Brandon thanks for the hospitality and see you in September

great location and nice apartment

My husband and I stayed for 1 week over Mardi Gras time. The location is exceptionally good for the uptown parade route, being only about a half block off St Charles Ave. Our daughter lives in Nola and joined us for some of the parades, so the apartment worked great as a base of operations.

The apartment is small but very well appointed with everything one would need for a stay. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of hangers. Kitchen was well-stocked with pots/pans/dishes etc. Very large fridge with ice maker was even stocked with chilled beer glasses. Water-cooler with bottled water was provided, which was also great given the lousy tap water in Nola. Has convection oven and electric cook-top. Large TV, stereo and even a Wii, though would have liked an iPod connector to play my music through the system. I appreciated having some cleaning supplies provided too (eg vacuum, Swiffer) since it was a bit rainy while we were there and impossible to not track in some dirt when coming back from parades.

The apartment complex is small, having only 6 units. The units share a nice, common courtyard area which would be pleasant for drinks. (The only drawback was that the courtyard was mostly taken over by smokers while we were there.) There is an on-site free washer/dryer (downstairs) and detergent is provided. The owners have really though of everything a guest could need for a great stay!

Each unit has 1 off-street parking space, which was fantastic during parades as our daughter could park there. We did not rent a car and I would generally recommend against it. This apartment is super close to the streetcar, plus Nola is fairly small and it's very easy to taxi home if you head to FQ for dinner. It is easy walking distance to Magazine Street with numerous restaurants, as well as terrific bakery (Sucre) for king cakes (if you're there during carnival season) or pastries and Big Fisherman seafood market.

We highly recommend this apartment and plan to return.
