Fully furnished, one bedroom, full kitchen, one full bathroom, sleeps 2-4.

This beautiful one bedroom condo is located in the middle of downtown Vancouver. From here you will be minutes from the shops and restaurants in Yaletown, local artists and vendors on Granville Island, shopping on Robson Street, the beach at English Bay, and nightlife on Granville Street.

Inside the condo you’ll find a contemporary kitchen with a breakfast bar where you can enjoy your morning coffee. Beyond this is the living room which has a comfortable couch and chair facing a TV and DVD player. The couch has a pull-out double bed. Through the glass doors you’ll find a solarium with floor-to-ceiling windows and a clear view of the city and the water. The bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed, bright windows, and ample closet space. The modern washroom has new black granite tile and features a bathtub shower combination.

Building amenities include an indoor pool and hot tub, coin operated laundry facilities, and a full fitness area.

Stayed for a week getaway with my husband. Very convenient, as the place comes with parking, but you can walk anywhere. The place is not big, but very comfortable, with gorgeous granite floors. We were pleasantly surprised that the house came with all the amenities anyone could need on their stay and the place was well stocked with regular necessities, it was like being home. The bedroom was my favourite, with the floor-to-ceiling window. Just outside the building are numerous coffee shops and odd little marts. Will personally stay here again and will highly recommend it.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway
