This new 4 Bedroom Luxury Villa is located on Emerald Island which is considered one of the area's finest gated communities. Surrounded by conservation area of protected wetlands and woodlands, Emerald Island is a dream island amidst a sea of lush vegetation....minutes from Walt Disney World!!!

A winding palm lined entrance leads you to our villa which sleeps up to 8 people and is fully equipped to make your vacation relaxing and enjoyable.

Master Suite

This tastefully decorated bedroom has a king size bed, 32" LCD TV and overlooks and leads directly to the pool and Spa area. The en-suite bathroom is spacious with a walk-in shower, large bath tub, marble vanity unit and walk-in closet.

2nd Master Bedroom

This cozy room has a Queen size bed, TV/DVD Combo and an en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 3

This kid's bedroom captures the Magic of Disney. The room has two twin beds, TV/DVD combo, children's' books and board games.

Bedroom 4

This beautifully decorated room has a double bed with a bathroom right next to it. The elegant living room and dining room are decorated and equipped for the more formal occasions.

An open concept kitchen, breakfast area and family room has all the comforts of home. The family room which overlooks the pool and deck area includes a 42" High Definition TV, DVD Player, Home Theatre System and XBOX with games.

This villa has it's own private south facing heated pool, spa and upgraded patio furniture.

Renting a luxury vacation villa provides you with comfort and considerably more space than a hotel room, the ability to come and go in your own time and a great deal more for your money.

About The Owner

We are Parents of two young children, enchanted by the Magic of Disney.

The Owner purchased this house in 2009
Why The Owner chose Emerald Island

We have travelled to Orlando many times with our children and stayed at various hotels in the region. We always found our trips to the parks exhausting and were more tired at the end of the vacation. We found out about booking a Villa at Emerald Island and we LOVED it. We loved it so much that we decided to own one ourselves.

What makes this house unique

We enjoy the benefits of staying home away from home. Cooking our own meals is a great plus, though there are some nice restaurants in the area. Being located so close to Disney, we are able to come home for a quick break after a morning at the park, enjoy a nice meal, have a swim and maybe get the kids rested and head back out for the afternoon and evening at Disney....

The house was just perfect for us, Grandparents, daughter, son-in-law and 7 yr. old Grandson. We loved the pool, location and how close to Disney attractions and stores. We had the best ever weather to enjoy the pool and outdoors.(85-91 degrees) Everything we needed in the house for the week was there. The home was very clean and well maintained. The owner and caretaker were very cooperative. We received our down payment back in a timely manner. We will definitely recommend this property to others. Thank you again for our wonderful vacation.

Loved the house. Very nice accommodations. Heated pool allowed us to swim in pretty cool weather. Less than 10 minutes to Disney entrance. Close to every restaurant you could want. Quick return of safety deposit. Thnx for a great time.

Really nice base for visiting Orlando-area

Spent two great weeks in Orlando in this house. Great house with lots of space for us (2 adults and 4 kids). Nice area with shopping - both grocery and other - close by.

Nice kitchen and living-room - had a little problem with the tv, but then we didn't travel this far to watch tv. Everything was clean and ready on arrival.

Service from rental-people was great both before, during and after our stay. Deposit returned in less than 10 days from our departure.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Great Vacation

Had a great time! The home was beautiful and just what the doctor ordered. Close to all the attractions we were interested in, Magic Kingdom, Universal, Golfing and of course Shopping.

I will certainly be taking advantage of this home again and will recommend to my friends.

Staff and prperty manager in resort were great as usual.

Thanks for allowing us to use your home.
