This end-unit, Hawaiian plantation style villa has been very tastefully decorated and furnished, is located on the 3rd green of the world class Beach Course in the heart of Waikoloa Beach Resort in a tropical gated community amid the dramatic backdrop of stunning black lava fields. This town-home has three bedrooms (2 master suites) three full baths and is approximately 1,860 square feet. The master suite is styled with decor from Tommy Bahama and has a king bed, 50' TV, and private bath with tub, walk-in shower and double sink vanity. There is also a large walk in closet. Don't miss breakfast on your peaceful and private master bedroom lanai as you watch the sunrise and sip a cup of Kona coffee. The second bedroom has a king size bed (can be converted into two twins) with private bath with tub/shower, and 32' TV. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed, 32' TV, and adjacent full size bathroom. All bedrooms have flatscreen HDTV's and a Sony Speaker Dock/Clock Radio for your iPod & iPhone.
Upstairs in the loft conduct business away from home on your desk that is equipped with a MAC computer, copier, fax machine and Internet access. The loft also provides a double size sleeper sofa & chair to add to your comfort.
The living room is furnished with a custom sofa and chairs all with down cushioning to provide you with much comfort while simply relaxing or watching television on your 50' SMART flatscreen HDTV. Gorgeous golf and mountain views await you off the living room and dining room on the large wrap-around lanai with an outdoor kitchen. Your private outdoor summer kitchen is equipped with a Viking BBQ, wet bar with granite countertops, custom cabinets, and all new luxury outdoor lanai furniture.

Our family absolutely loves Waikoloa Beach Resort.
After looking at different resorts and several complexes within WBR we choose to purchase our vacation home at Waikoloa Beach Villas.
We were attracted to the low density within our complex and also our two beautiful resort style pools. It is truly a tropical paradise.
And it is very quiet here! A great place for families.
Waikoloa Beach Villas is within walking distance to both the Queens and Kings Marketplaces home to high end restaurants, shopping and provides fast food for families on the go. There is also a gourmet market right across the street that we can walk to should we decide to eat at home. WBV is ideal for families.
We enjoy sitting out on the Lanai having our morning coffee followed with our walks over to 'A-Bay' where our boys like to snorkel. They sometimes even fish off the rocks. This is a perfect area for jogging, walking, bicycle riding, kite flying, golfing and viewing the beautiful sunrise and sunsets at 'A-bay'. And everything is so convenient with ideal weather year round! You can simply park your car in the garage and walk within the resort. Come and stay in Paradise at our Heavenly price. This unit is a lovely place to spend time on the Big Island. We stayed 9-days and enjoyed the location, amenities and tasteful decor of this 3-bedroom home. Very convenient from the highway for easy in-and-out. Michelle and Michael very easy and professional to work with. Will we come back some day? Absolutely!

This is the second time we have stayed in this beautiful unit and we will stay again. The unit is clean , spacious , well equipped and in the best location at the resort. The Gaddies are very accommodating , easy to deal with and responsive to any inquiries one may have. We walked to the beach every day equipped with beach chairs, sand mats and a cooler to enjoy beautiful A Bay , from there off to Lava Lava for happy hour then back to the beach for sunset. This is a special place and I would highly recommend this unit .One more bonus , the entire property ( beach villas ) is non smoking.
We stayed here for a week with 5 adults and one 16 month old. The villa was spacious, clean, nicely decorated and really wonderfully equipped from kitchen supplies to beach supplies. Our stay was very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip. We had a few questions at the beginning and Michelle got back to us within minutes, so we greatly appreciated the response time as well. The location is great since there is a market/mall within walking distance has its own pool, which we really enjoyed using and it's close to some great beaches. I would definitely recommend this villa to friends and other family members!
Everyone in our party enjoyed your gorgeous unit in the Waikaloa Beach Villas. Close to everything with gorgeous view of Mauna Kea and the golf course. All of our family enjoyed our reunion and we will all come back again. We were also very pleased with all the amenities, including beach equipment and kitchen supplies.
Very conveniently located to the Queen's and King's Marketplace and other amenities in the Waikaloa Beach Resort area.
Owner was great to work with. Would definitely rent unit again. We all highly recommend this property to anyone who wants a great place to stay on the Big Island.
Beautifully appointed townhouse a short drive from Kona airport. Just as listed. Very clean. Very quiet relaxing area, yet close to shopping, beaches and on a very nice golf course. Many family activities close by. The host was very pleasant to work with and answered my many questions in a timely manner. Check-in and check-out instructions were easy to follow. We hope to come back next year to the Big Island and we will definitely try to rent this unit again.
We really enjoyed our stay here. 7 of us stayed comfortably in the place. All the amenities are really great. It was nice being close to the beach and several good snorkeling spots.
A few suggestions though:
1) The alarm clocks are WAY WAY WAY too complicated. Mine went off at 5 AM the first night even though I didn't set it. Not a good start to the day. Then I could not figure out how to stop it or stop it from going off again. I had to keep it in the garage while I was there so it wouldn't wake me up again. It had battery backup so I couldn't just unplug it (which I had tried). In another bedroom it went off at 6 AM and my sister had the same issue. Get simple alarm clocks.
2) A few yard toys would be nice. Maybe bocce ball and a frisbee. Not necessary, but it would be nice.
3) Some more relevant info in the information book would be nice. For example, a property map with details of the area. Also a map of the local area with highlighted path on best way to walk to the beach. Maybe some other important things highlighted. Maybe a map of the beach with recommended snorkeling spots.
