Casa Rustika is an authentically old house of character situated on the outskirts of Zejtun village. This beautiful 4 bedroomed house, which has been recently restored to include modern comforts lies in a peaceful road close to typical Maltese countryside with ample parking facilities.
All the downstairs rooms surround a sunny courtyard, with barbecue facilities and full privacy. The ground floor includes a wide entrance hall, a fully-equipped separate kitchen and dining area and a lovely arched lounge/ living room, complete with cable television. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor.
On the first floor you'll find three bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom facilities. The main bathroom is also found on this floor.
Access to the second floor is through a wrought iron spiral staircase where you will find another twin bedroom with a bathroom ensuite. On this floor you can enjoy lovely roof terraces from where you can admire the surrounding old and peaceful villages.
OUR FACILITIES: There is ample outside parking in front of house as we are situated in a private cul-de-sac.
We have a fully equipped kitchen with dining area combined.
A washing machine, drying and ironing facilities are all available and included in the price.
In our lounge/ living room we have Satellite TV, DVD/CD player and telephone.
Our central courtyard has ample seating for 8 persons and also has a charcoal BBQ.
We have a nice sun bathing terrace area with views of the countryside

Is a car essential ?
The Zejtun bus terminus is 10 minutes walk away from the house. However a car is recommended to be more free to travel all over the island.
How do we get to the house on arrival at Luqa airport?
We offer you a hassle-free welcome as you will be met at the airport at whatever time you arrive. The owner will meet you and lead the way directly to the house so that you can feel at home when you arrive.
Where exactly are the bars, shops and restaurants in relation to the property ?
This house is on the outskirts of the village of Zejtun. Within 15 minutes drive, you can be in Marsaxlokk Bay which is a the hub of the fish restaurants or in Marsacala Bay which is another area full of bars and restaurants.
EXTRA INFORMATION: Rental rate is for 4 persons:
. Rental rate for additional persons add 12 euros per person per day
. Water, gas, electricity, linen and towels, TV satellite channels and complimentary food pack on your arrival are provided free of charge. Electricity for all lighting, heating, general appliances, hot water supply is included in the price.
. Final cleaning charge is included for all rentals.
. For stays of more than 1 week fresh bed linen and towel changes are provided free of charge.
Early Arrivals:
Check-in time is 14:00 hrs, although if the house has been vacant for at least the previous day, then this would also be available at an earlier time.
Late Departures:
Although we will normally allow guests to stay in the apartment right up to their departure time, there may be instances when we will have to ask guests to vacate apartment earlier (10:00 hrs) to allow for cleaning works, mainly due to same day arrivals.
