Photos and Description of the Conil de la Frontera vacation house rental

This property is ideal located at the end of a small cul-de-sac in the old fishing quarter of Conil - no through traffic and no pedestrians. The house was newly built and furnished 2003. It has seating areas outside around the entrance, on the terrace balcony on the 2nd floor and on the roof terrace. You can reach everything on foot in minutes: the market, the centre of Conil, the language school and the kilometre long sandy beach. It´s just great for people who prefer a central but quiet location! Built to very high standards, it is a cosy house in warm colours (approx. 50 sqm living space + terraces). On the ground floor the living/dining room is separated by a bar counter from the kitchen that is equipped above average. The roof terrace offers panoramic view of Conil and the ocean. The house is unsuitable for very small children as some of the staircases are not child-proof.

Conil de la Frontera is a nice typical Andalusian city built in a white Arabic cube-style. It offers a complete infrastructure with banks, shops, supermarkets, restaurants and small tapas bars. It´s a top-spot for beach-lovers and up to now there are only very few bigger hotels. The fantastic white villages, Cádiz, Jerez and Sevilla are within easy reach.
