I have just finished my second year of offering my brand new luxurious condos for your vacation at the beautiful Oceanside beach in Southern California. I have had an excellent year with lots of guests enjoying family time and reunions and look forward to the new season of fun in the sun! The condos are fully equipped for all your basic needs. This year I have added ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and an additional television in each unit. Everyone who has stayed has had nothing but wonderful comments and most want to come back. We are steps to the sand and the water and one can sit on the balconies and watch the surfers and the dolphins swim past. Oh don't let me forget to mention the spectacular sunsets that are a daily occurance. They are some of the most incredible sights one could take in!

I am 30 miles to San Diego,60 miles to Disneyland and then a few more to LA and Hollywood. Lego land is about 15 minutes away.

Once again my husband and I escaped cold Colorado to our favorite home away from home. This was our third year at Deb's lovely condo. The fact that we keep coming back speaks volumes about the perfect place on the beach. It is immaculate and well appointed. The view and proximity to the beach continue to captivate us. It is close to what's becoming our favorite restaurants but still convenient for day trips. The train station is so close and it is easy to go north or south to so many places. I can't say enough about this place, I would highly recommend it to anyone, retired, couples, families, girls getaway....something here for everyone! Thanks, Deb, for sharing this little piece of Paradise! Hopefully, we will be back in 2014.

Wow... We did not want to leave!

My wife and I had an amazing time and it was hard leaving!! The area and unit is very safe, clean, well equipped, and had just wonderful views of the ocean. The unit is close to everything you need -- 10mins from the grocery store to stock up on food to cook in the full kitchen provided, boards and bikes and chairs to spend time on the beach. We loved having a private garage, private patio and the large glass doors from the living area overlooking the ocean! We met the owner (Deb) one of the days we were there and she was very friendly, and we knew she was just a phone call away if we needed anything. My wife and I are already talking about when we want to come back (which we will for sure) and we will be staying here again!

A wonderful stay

Our family enjoyed our 4 nights in this condo - it has everything needed for a family and more. Our teens especially liked the beach cruiser bikes! The interior was very clean and well-appointed - true to the pictures. Linens were high quality and plentiful. Beach access was easy, and the street quiet. The views were terrific - both from the deck and inside the living room.
On Thursday morning we went on an easy 2-block walk to the Farmer's Market, and returned that evening for the Sunset Market for the huge selection of food & craft vendors and live music. Also walked the pier, and enjoyed seeing fishermen and a couple of pelicans perched on the posts. Its so much better to be in Oceanside than anywhere near Mission Beach if you're seeking clean beaches that are family-friendly.
Working with Debbie couldn't have been easier - she was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back when its warmer! I've already recommended her properties to several friends.

Back again!

Once again my husband and I enjoyed an absolutely wonderful stay in Deb's beautiful condo. After being there last year, we booked it again last July for this year. The condo is lovely, well furnished, new and clean. We had visitors and everyone raved about what a great place it is. Access is conveniently situated with no stairs. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants a VERY nice place with a fantastic unobstructed view and access to the beach. We are planning to be there again next year, as this is definitely my "vacation" of choice!

Week in Oceanside

We had such a wonderful time in Oceanside while staying at your rental. It was very clean and had everything that we wanted and needed to enjoy the vacation.
We all felt very secure with the locking entry gate. We also felt that the property was very well lit. It was very nice that there are no steps to climb to get into the property. My 81 yr old mother felt very comfortable walking around. We loved walking to and around the pier and the harbor. We probably walked 5 miles per day because it was so beautiful. We will definitely try to rent with you again on our next trip to Oceanside.
In the past we have vacationed in South San Diego County but Oceanside was much quieter and is our new favorite spot.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
