This small village was created to reflect the image of typical Barbados Chattel house design. Located on the West coast of Barbados between Holetown and Speightstown, in the parish of St Peter, our house is set among tropical gardens with a centrally located community swimming pool. The villa has its own private terrace, with a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning along with ceiling fans. The bedroom has a king size bed, and there is a sofa bed in the living room. Mullins beach is about a 5 minute walk away from the villa, and there you can hire out Jet Ski's or take a short boat trip to see the turtles. The beach has sun loungers for rent & has a nice beach front restaurant, serving ice cold cocktail drinks which are allowed on the beach. There is a spa on-site in Kings Beach Village providing all the services you need to really unwind. You will have everything you need to relax and enjoy this beautiful island!!!
Kings beach villas is great. The bar is brilliant and there is never anyone in the pool. The apartment we stayed in was clean and spacious and the area is brilliant. Its quiet and about 2 mins from Mullins beach which is amazing. Go to Bombas to eat which is the multi coloured restaurant basically across the road. Having had a car for a week and seen some of the other areas on Barbados i would go back here in a flash.
My stay in St Peters at the Kings Beach Village was fantastic. The villa was impeccable, inviting, and just the place to be for that quite time away. I am already planning my return visit.
Me and my friend stayed at King's Beach Village in Barbados for two weeks for the new year and it was absolutely fantastic: we had never been in Barbados before that time and the caribbean sea, beach and landscape were an amazing framework for our holiday.
Most of all we enjoyed the King's Beach village: our unit was really cute, clean and well-kept and the village itself with its private pool was so beautiful; it seems the unit's owner takes care of each detail.
Another important aspect is that the cleaning of the villa is free and this is not so common.
I would advice this holiday and that particular village both for a romantic trip and for a break from the life's routine.
I stayed at The King's Beach Village for 8 days with my girlfriend. The villa and the experience exceeded our expectations; we had a fantastic holiday!
First of all, the villa turned out to be better in real life than it was in the photos – a very unusual case. The Village staff gave us a very warm welcome and they were there to help for the duration of our holiday.
The villa itself was clean and well-maintained. When there was a minor problem with one power socket, a polite handyman was readily available to help. The swimming pool was cleaned daily in the morning.
The location of the Village is quite good. There is a good, calm beach nearby within walking distance, as well as a small shop.
However, the best thing about this Village isn't the value for money factor or cleanness but people who work there. Martin, the owner, is a fantastic host who really cares about the guests.
The next time we decide to go to Barbados, we'll stay at the same place without any doubts. Needless to say, we recommend this Village to all our friends.
Mullins Beach is on the Platinum Coast of Barbados, the most exclusive part of the island. Port St Charles and Mullins Beach are close to each other and golf lovers will be happy to hear that both Sandy Lane and Royal Westmoreland Golf courses are a short drive away, as is the David Lloyd Tennis centre at sugar hill. For a little history, don' miss a trip to St. Nicholas Abbey where you can visit an old sugar plantation where they still produce rum. The gardens are exceptional, and you can look out over them while enjoying a glass of rum on the terrace. There is also the Bajan Roots and Rhythms which is a song and dance tribute to the musical heritage of Barbados. It has a Bajan buffet dinner, unlimited drinks, and a friendly atmosphere. You will find everything you need close at hand to our wonderful home!
