This platinum rated penthouse terrace unit located on the 17th floor affords unbelievable views of the Gulf of Mexico and the bay. The sunsets from our 2200 sq. ft. terrace are unmatched by any you have seen before. Guests will delight in the privacy of this designer unit with custom built furniture in all the bedrooms, travertine throughout the living areas and bathrooms, designer lighting in every room. This unit is complete with new cabinets, granite counter tops, new appliances, and a full size washer and dryer. Beautifully furnished, this penthouse with a king bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in each of the guest rooms will comfortably sleep 6 guests. Unit 1702 has flat screen TV's in every room as well as DVD players and VCR players. Included in your stay is Free daily beach set up (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) for each paid day of your stay, and Free WIFI. The front desk/concierge at Edgewater is available from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. for convenient on site check in.

Edgewater offers a kids night out during the summer months so parents can enjoy a evening together. For our snowbirds, Edgewater has daily activities as well as Golf Discounts.

Weekly guests receive a Complimentary $20.00 Gift Certificate to enjoy lunch and refreshments at the Tiki Bar and Grill. Edgewater has two sparkling pools, one with a waterfall, a heated spa, and a toddler pool. During the winter season, guests enjoy the Heated Pool. A well equipped children's playground overlooking the gulf, as well as basketball/shuffleboard courts, and gas grills at the picnic area are included on the property. Reserve the Riviera Room for weddings, business, or family reunions.
