5 Bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, sleeps 12 with convertable sofa

Our 6 year old, 2800 sq.ft. single story 5 BR 4BA villa with AC & heat is tastefully decorated and furnished with attractive upscale furniture. We are wifi connected with free digital phone service to US and Canada. The two master suites overlook the pool/spa which are conveniently accessed via ensuite bathrooms. There is a queen BR and two Disney themed twin BRs. TVs in each BR are cable connected. All BRs are fully furnished with built-in closets, chest of drawers, mirrors and linens. The 4 full baths are equipped with hair dryers. The spacious great room is homey and welcoming--a place where everyone will gather for conversation and entertainment and find access to the large covered lanai and screened pool/spa area. The sofa converts to a queen size bed. The open floor plan allows interaction between the kitchen, dining and living area. In the evening you can watch the spectacular Epcot nightly fireworks from the comfort of a lounge chair in our pool/spa are

Kissimmee Area in General: Kissimmee is a mecca of every imaginable retail shopping experience--mostly along the 15 mile stretch of highway 192, starting just 1 mile from our villa at mile marker #4. At this mile marker is a shopping center where you will find a Publix supermarket; Outback Steakhouse, Red Loblster, Carrabas and Cracker Barrel restaurants; Walgreens drugstore; and a host of other shops. Fast food restaurants and a host of other restaurants are less than 2 miles from us. A super Target is 3 miles away and super Walmart 5 miles away. In between is enough shopping and eating establishments to satisfy most everyone. Also in Kissimmee, along 192, you will find a variety Fun Spots, Gatorland, Fantasy of Flight, Medieval Life, many mini golf courses and several Dinner Shows (Capone's and Medieval Times). For the visiting golfer we can provide you with information on 20 golf courses within 20 minutes.

Entertainment Ctr., Kitchen, Utility and Game Room: Our entertainment center has a large screen TV hooked up to over 150 channels, a VCR & DVD. The spacious fully appointed kitchen is accented by a bar and stools. The eat-in dinette is adjacent to the dining area so that as many as 12 can enjoy meals together if desired. The kitchen has every imaginable appliance, place settings, silverware, etc. To further facilitate your stay we have a separate utility room with full size washer and dryer. The large game room is equipped with air hockey, foosball and pool table. A craft table and chairs will also give the youngsters plenty to do. Please feel free to sign your names on our game room wall and tell us where you come from.

The Outside Amenities: The heated pool and spa and large lanai are the perfect place to relax after a busy day at the parks or golf course. The playground across the street offers additional ways to unwind. Shops, supermarket, restaurants and amusements nearby (about 1 mile). Yet Indian Creek is away from the hustle and bustle so that our guests can relax in a quiet resort community setting. Given the size of our own family--5 children (and spouses) and 13 grandchildren--our villa is very kid friendly. An informational booklet provided by our A+ Property Management team should direct you to all resources needed for a comfortable stay. No pets and no smoking please

The resort community of Indian Creek is a quiet upscale development of primarily short term rental homes only 5 minutes from the highway 192 entrance for Disney, 20 minutes to Sea World and 25 minutes to Universal Studios. Directly across the street from our villa is a large, well maintained playground/soccer field ideal for kids young & old to stretch their legs after a day at the theme parks. If golf is your thing there are more than 20 courses within a 20 minute drive, including Mystic Dunes just down the street. We are only an hour away from the Atlantic coast and about an hour and a half from the Gulf. Enjoy, enjoy.

We just got back from a magical trip to disney. The house was perfect for our trip with our children and their grandparents. Plenty of space and all the comforts of home. Location was as advertized and very close to disney. If we come back with a large group we would stay here again.

GREAT HOME!!

We had a great vacation! Absolutely loved Nana and Pop's Magical Villa, so much room. The garage was a big hit with the kids and adults, kept them nice and quiet. Cant forget about the pool/spa, it was wonderful. I was worried about the pool temp but it was perfect. The location was also a big plus, so much with in a mile and only a short drive to Disney. Next time we vacation in FL we will be calling Nana and Pop. THANKS so much for sharing your home with us.

Where to start....
1) Great location
2) Huge house, my kids first words were: Look dad...it's a mansion!!
3) Perfect distribution

5) New appliances

Really, thanks to Jim and his wife!!

The only thing that I'd change is to privide air cond. to the game area and change to LCD/LED all TV's.

The Best Vacation Ever!!

Hello Jim & Charlotte,

My family and I, loved your home and had a wonderful time despite the fact we drove in Sunday night with "Hurricane Debby". After driving in bad weather for more than 4 hours arriving at your home was the welcoming and comforting relief we needed.

The neighborhood was very nice, everything we needed.... drugstores, grocery stores, gas stations a wide variety of resturants all were conveniently located. We were surprised and pleased with he extras, the autograph book, toys, strollers and high chair for the toddler. My grandchildren were able to go to the park a couple of times, we had so many activities planned they only got in the pool one (1) brief time. I don't think anyone will ever forget this vacation and the children will never forget DisneyWorld, as a grandmother I will always treasure this vacation.

We are telling all our friends about our stay at your home, it was everything it was advertised to be (no misrepresentatiion) and we are all looking forward to returning.

Best vacation!

We had a wonderful vacation here. We had 10 people and there was plenty of room in the house for everyone. The house and pool/spa are very nice. Everything is in great condition and very clean. My children enjoyed spending time in the game room and the playground across the street.

The location was extremely convenient to get to the Disney parks,Sea World,shops,and restaurants.

We are looking forward to another trip next year. Thank you!
