Comfortable, luxury mattresses, pillows and bedding, 32 inch flat screen HDTV, laundry room and fully stocked kitchen.

Additional notes: booster chair, stroller and play yard available for infants. Also ski rack, snowboard rack and bike hook. A Great House in a Wonderful Neighborhood

I spent the month of August at Deb and Dan's house and loved every minute of it! The house is even nicer than the pictures, and the neighborhood is great. Lots of amenities were located nearby, including coffee shops, grocery and liquor stores, restaurants and parks. The back patio area is charming. Deb and Dan were very responsive to any little issues that arose and problems were addressed promptly.

Great month stay

We had a great month stay in June 2014 spending time with our daughter and having various family members visit. Deb and Dan were great neighbors and hosts. The house is well equipped with terrific outdoor space in a very nice neighborhood. We would love to come back!

Better than a hotel!

My family drove up from the Dallas, Tx area for a week visit of my husbands family. This being my 11 month old sons first big trip I thought it would be more comfortable for him staying in an actually house than a hotel, kind of like being at home. I couldn't have been more pleased with my choice. The owners Deb and her husband go above and beyond to make your stay the best it can be. The house is in a quite neighborhood but right by everything you want. The house itself is in great shape and equipped with everything you could ever need!!! When we go back to visit his family I will defiently do my best to get this house :)

This property is in a very nice neighborhood and walking distance to some great restuarants, coffee shops and parks. It is a very well kept home, good size for a family of 4 and extremely well equipped kitchen. Great towels, which is always a plus and good beds. We will definitely be back.

A GREAT PLACE TO HANG OUT IN DENVER!

The owners - Deb and Dan - are great, they're totally welcoming, they're fully-engaged, and they're right next door. This 1910 home as tons of atmosphere, it's cozy, it has all the comforts of home, it's equipped with things your haven't even thought of, as well as being nicely appointed and decorated. Please read the previous comments, and realize there is little we can meaningfully add to them. The best testimony we can offer: we're going back to "1864" this coming winter - but for a longer period!

Perfect Temporary Home During Our Remodel

We live in the area and found this to be the perfect temporary home while we were doing some extensive remodeling to our own home - it was a far, far better experience than staying with friends or in a hotel. The home was cozy and comfortable, and the neighborhood offered plenty of diversions within walking distance for our family (playgrounds, coffee shops, boutiques, restaurants, convenient grocery store, etc.). The owners were extremely attentive and I definitely believe that they want all of their guests to have a wonderful experience in this home.
