Bright airy beach house. It is a 2 minute walk from the front door to sitting next to the water in a beach chair. On one side of the house is a refreshing swimming pool, on another is a view of the tennis courts, and on yet another is the walkway through the sea pines and palm trees to the beach.

We are a short walk from the Salty Dog Cafe, the South Beach Marina, and all of the shops & activities. It's a great location, quiet but also full of activities. The house is furnished simply yet with an appreciation of color and design.

About The Owner

We are Joe and Sandra Diliberto. We visited this house in 1994 and were lucky enough to buy it 4 years later. It's been a wonderful place to go as a family for every stage of our sons' lives. There are so many things to do near the house: hang out at the beach, swim in the pool, play tennis, take a dolphin cruise, go fishing for sharks, go kayaking, crabbing, biking or just relax in the screened in porch. Our boys are now 20 and 17 and look forward to our time at our house all year long. We enjoy cooking in our kitchen as well as going out to eat at the many wonderful restaurants in/near SeaPines.

Why The Owner chose Sea Pines

We bought this particular house because we love SeaPines. We think our house is in a wonderful location, close to many amenities, yet is a quiet and peaceful area.

What makes this house unique

We enjoy being able to walk to and from the beach quickly and easily whenever we want to. We enjoy walking out the door and being right at the pool. We enjoy the fact that we get beautiful sunsets on our beach based on it's location of the island. The Salty Dog Cafe is within walking distance and we like to go there for dinner, get ice cream, hear the musicians sing and play, go on a cruise, or just walk around the South Beach marina. There is also another swimming pool there if we feel like going to a different pool. It's a great location.

Perfect home for our family!

The house was nice, bright and in the perfect location! It was a great home for our young kids with easy access to one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen (we saw dophins every morning and evening)! It had a screened in porch great for dining outside and two open patios for sitting in the sunshine! Our family had one of our best vacations ever! The owner was extremely helpful and friendly. We cannot wait to return soon!

We stayed here with our family of four children for one week. The house is great. It has the exact right amount of space. The location is unbeatable. We loved being near the south beach marina and the salty dog. The pool is right next door. It is a neighborhood pool, the house is right next door, but we never heard any noise coming from it. The beach is an easy walk from the house. Everything else is just a bike ride away. For a family of four looking for a great beach house, I recommend this one.

Fantastic beach house, amazing location!

We really enjoyed our stay at 8 Beachside! The house was decorated with an adorable beach theme and extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked and the house was very clean. We especially loved the back deck overlooking the pool and tennis courts for breakfast and the screened-in front porch for dinner. The family room, dining area and bedrooms were nicely sized as well.

We found the location to be absolutely perfect. It is located right next to the community pool, which serves the Beachside houses so is never too crowded. It is also just steps away from all the amenities at the South Beach Marina including food, nightly entertainment, bike rentals, water sports, shopping, kids activities and the South Beach Tennis Club. It is also just a short walk to the beach with the beach path located directly across from the home.

Overall, we loved 8 Beachside and would definitely stay here again. The owner was easy to work with and check in/out was simple. If you're looking for a great South Beach house then this is the one for you!

We adored this home!

The description of this home was exactly as described. It is in a beautiful location and close to everything we enjoy! We ate in a few mornings & nights and discovered everything we needed in the fully equiped kitchen, even cake pans to celebrate a birthday. We enjoy bike riding, tennis, boating, swimming & exercise and it was all within walking distance to get started. The home is tastefully decorated and comfortable for any family. I was very pleased with the owners and their help in answering questions before my stay and even during. I would highly recommend staying in this well loved family home!
