Activities such as sailing, kayaking, parasailing, bicycling, nature walks are all within a short driving distance. You are within a 10 to 15 minute drive to the Biltmore Golf course, University of Miami and Tennis Park and Key Biscayne Beaches. South Miami Beach is approximately 25 minutes away. Shopping at Merrick Park, Miracle Mile and Dadeland Mall are also within a few minutes drive.
