4 BR, 4.5 BA, sleeps 8, two identical masters

We always traveled with our friends and their kids.

We could never find a property that had identical master bedrooms and always had to draw who will get the lesser room..... our home is perfect for two families.

We have two identical master bedrooms as well as two additional bedrooms with two queen size beds each.

The beach and pool are right in front of the apartment, the marina with it's restaurants and boats is a 2 minute walk. A Jack Nicklaus signature golf course, Punta Espada is a 5 minutes drive.

We love taking evening strolls in the marina to see which boats came in and look at the catch of the day.

When you want to get away.....

Cap Cana is the place. Very beautiful and quite. We went with the family to Josh and Roni's condo in Capa Cana and it was awesome. Had plenty of space, all the bedrooms and baths were big with all the amenities.

The maid was in the condo from 8:30 to 4:30 each day and made us breakfast and lunch. She also prepared a couple dishes for dinner "DR style" that we heated up later. The maid does not speak any English but we got by just fine with my 13 year old ability to translate for us....

The golf course is amazing and very convenient to play a couple of quick rounds. Glad I decided to bring my clubs. If you play golf, Bring your clubs!! Josh will hook you up.

We did go zip lining with the girls one day and it was a hoot. One line is 500yds long. Crazy.

Can't wait to go back.

Stayed in this property for spring break. It is nothing short of spectacular. The two masters are gorgeous. The other two bedrooms are really nice as well. Kitchen and living areas very spacious and comfortable. The patios out side each master are magnificent . The place is sparkling clean and very well maintained. Very safe and secure. Proximity to pools, beach and marina great. No need to rent a car. Maid service great. Owners very nice to deal with.

Cap Cana and this condo are the BEST in the Caribbean. Peaceful and Secure.

The beach and extremely large and private pool directly on the beach in front of the Condo is suberb AND NEVER CROWDED. The entire Cap Cana development is manicured daily and security is exceptional. Our 1 week stay was fantastic and we own a home on a private island in the Bahamas. Golf was better than you could ever imagine. Do not let the fact that it is in the DR; the course at both Punta Cana and Cap Cana are BEAUTIFUL. It is tough, but more beautiful than Pebble Beach which we golfed last year. Restaurants within the property are all really great, not good, GREAT ! WE WILL BE BACK!!!

This is a spectacular condo in pristine condition, overlooking a wonderful pool and the Caribbean Sea.The location is within a short walk from the fitness center, massage/hair/nail salon, and marina with several restaurants. The beach club and Punta Espada Golf Course are located on the most beautiful beach in the world (better than Hawaii, Tahiti, Bora Bora or Australia!) The owners are very considerate and supply a wonderful housekeeper during your stay and they assist renters with beach club and golf course admissions. We have visited twice and can't wait to return!!

Warm weather golf seekers

We just returned from a 60th birthday celebration with our children here in Cap Cana. The condo is perfection. The view is spectacular, pools wonderful, and the Marina area is lovely. We could have gone further away to eat, swim, or play golf, but never did because it was too good right here. The housekeeper makes sure your every need is met, and the owners could not have been nicer with their recommendations, sponsorships, and communication. It was perfect, and I only wish we had stayed longer!
