Condo, 3 Bedrooms, 3.5 Baths, (Sleeps 8)

Spacious (2000 sq ft) and tastefully furnished ski condominium at the foot of Kirkwood ski mountain. Walk five minutes to the lifts and ski back to within a snowball's throw of your door for lunch or apres ski! Enjoy a view of the surrounding mountains from your living room as you relax by the fireplace.

This recently built property is in pristine condition and includes brand-new high-end furnishings throughout. The large master suite has a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and a bathroom with his-and-her sinks, a jetted tub and a shower. One guest bedroom has a queen size bed, large closet, and an en-suite bathroom with tub. The other guest bedroom has two bunk beds (sleeping 4), a walk-in closet, and its own en-suite bathroom with shower. Another half-bath is available for guests. Linens and towels for 8 are included.

The kitchen and great room are well suited for cozy family time or entertaining guests in style. The living area includes classy and comfortable furniture, as well as a large wall-mounted television and stone fireplace. The dining area includes a table with seating for 8 plus a bar area that can accommodate 4 more. The huge chef's kitchen has marble counter tops, a gas cook top, two separate sinks/faucets, and lots of room for preparing meals. Other appliances include a range, microwave, dishwasher, garbage compacter, and in-unit washer/dryer. The condo comes fully equipped with cookware and dishware for 12.

The large private garage accommodates 2 cars, offers direct access to the condo, and includes a storage room for ski/snowboard equipment and other snow toys. The unit includes DSL, Wi-Fi, and cable television. Groomed cross-country ski trails are located across the street. About The Owner

Our family has owned property at Kirkwood Ski Resort for over 12 years, and we love the area. Our kids learned to ski here, and we enjoy it year-round. Having grown up in the Colorado Rockies, we find the combination of fantastic skiing, family-friendly atmosphere, and beautiful surroundings at Kirkwood the best experience in the Northern Sierras.

Why The Owner chose Kirkwood

The deepest and lightest snow in the Lake Tahoe area. Family-oriented as well as challenging ski mountain in a beautiful location. Short walk to the lifts or cross-country trails from our condo, and we can ski virtually right back to our door!

This was a perfect condominium for a group. Each bedroom had an en suite bathroom and everything was as shown in the photos. It was very convenient to the lifts and village. The kitchen was huge and well equipped. We enjoyed gourmet dining in a luxury setting. The owner provided great instructions for finding and using the property. We plan to go back!

We love staying at this condo. This was our second time. The first floor bedrooms are extremely convenient and cozy, with plentiful storage. The place was furnished by a designer and it really shows. This is not your average ski rental. Warm colors, soft carpets, and a gorgeous kitchen with mountain views greet you as you enter your dream ski home. Think Aspen high life with ski-in convenience.

This beautiful 2 story condo is perfect for two families, it is spacious and very charming.
It has a luxurious open kitchen/living room combination.
We loved that all lifts are in close reach, no driving necessary, it's practically ski-in/ski-out.
It's the perfect condominium for a family skiing vacation.
We will definitely come back!

We loved Kirkwood and had the best time there over New Years. We have small children and there was something for everyone. This condo was perfect for our family. You can tell it's an ex-display condo, so as you can imagine, everything is asthetically perfect. The rooms are are great size, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is to-die-for! It was exactly what we expected based on the web site, and more. There is not a single oversight or corner that's been cut. It comes highly recommended! The whole experience from getting the keys to dropping them off at the end was easy.

We recently stayed at this luxury condo in kirkwood. This was our second time and we loved it. Our two children had fun bunk beds with private bath. The upstairs is a generous living and kitchen- dining area with a state of the art kitchen. No need to go out this kitchen is so pleasurable we loved cooking and hanging out in it. The living room is comfortable and spacious and decorated with modern taste. It feels like being in a luxury home than a rented condo. The walk/ski to from the doorstep to lifts is very convenient. The garage can hold two large cars and has ample storage for skiis and winter gear which came in handy. Our kids of course loved the large TV screen. The master bedroom is huge with high quality bedding and on suite large bathroom. The living room had a balcony large enough to seat 4 people. We loved the chess table for evening games. We definetly will make this a regular trip for our family.
