Property has huge surrounding private deck, front verandah , and lovely gardens front and back. Full basement with three large sliding glass doors to outside garden.Pool table/ping pong and three TVs, DVD and Bose music. Computer room and wireless and full kitchen. Separate mud room with industrial sink and washer dryer. Outside shower. End of road and up on hill for privacy. New home only 4 years old with modern kitchen and bath, steam shower, all hardwood floors with Persian carpets and fully furnished. Owned by older married couple who live in nearby cottage and who can help you and direct you and ensure quality of your stay. Cottage sleeps 4 and can also be rented and is fully self sufficient with flat screen TV, washer dryer, outside shower and full kitchen. Crib, stroller, carry pack amenities, house and beach toys for small children supplied as are beach chairs, umbrella,etc.

Cottage: Cottage nearby sleeps 4 and is full kitchen, bathroom washer dryer and tv and rents for 1500 per week in summer season and 1500 per month in off season

We only rent 3 or 4 weeks per year and the property is in immaculate condition and in a peaceful area of town

Notes: Landlord/Caretakers are in nearby cottage and can assist in any issues, including directions and possible use of car. Could also babysit as they are grandparents themselves. Landlord couple love to have people visit and will be most encouraging and helpful, but not intrusive since they have their own self sufficient private quarters.
