A small local beach park at the end of our short road marks the beginning of the well-known Sugar Beach. You can walk unobstructed for several miles to Kihei along this lovely sandy stretch.

Living in Alaska, we like to get away to warm and sunny places in the winter and Maui is perfect. We decided to buy a condo for ourselves and our families and as an investment for vacation rentals.
Ma'alaea Yacht Marina, at 30 Hauoli Road, is a small property with 45 condos and an on-site resident manager. Many of the owners live in their condos, so you will feel like you are part of an extended family when you visit. The pool, barbecues and grounds are impeccably maintained. Each unit has a dedicated parking space and there are several spots for visitor parking as well. Our unit is a first floor unit, but we are elevated about six feet above the ground on the ocean side so that a spectacular view and complete privacy are assured.
